Not clean, unhelpful staff.

Guys at the reception was nice, cleaning ladies a little pushy about when your leaving cause I have until 11am to check out.. but the breakfast was a simple one and was good. BEWARE they don’t give out cards with times for everything like some other places so the breakfast times change and I found them in the lobby by one of the doors! The rooms were okay only thing was the floors were kinda dirty and the fridge and microwave had so many finger smudges on it. Other then that the pool was wonderful and the stay was great! Felt safe and the people I meet their were nice and friendly.

Not too busy not a bad location lots of food options around. Easy access to highway and not too far off the airport lots of parking.

When we arrived there was no one to check us in, just a sign that said “helping a customer, back in a few minutes”. That would have been fine had it been the truth. The girl was asleep in the office. After we woke her we got to our room and there were dead bugs on the dresser/tv stand and in the bathroom. I guess that’s better than live one though, right? With that I went to the desk and let them know we would not be staying there and asked if I could get a refund. She was very rude and said no, which I didn’t figure I could since it was night of and was prepaid. Don’t waste your money.

I didn’t like that they charged me an early check in fee. Most places will let you check in without a fee if the room is available. $30 is not necessary and bad for business.

Breakfast was more continental than buffet. Otherwise, good experience.
-
nice quiet place that is close by restaurants and shopping. Low price and nice amenities.
-
Excellent experience all the way around! Will consider staying here again in the future.

Lighting was dark in the room and AC kept going in and out. Overall would stay again with prices being good, breakfast was filling and we had time to check out

I was disappointed with my stay. The hotel felt slightly outdated, and my room (304) was very noisy due to its proximity to the interstate. There was also a strong smoke odor coming from the bathroom, which made the room uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the breakfast area was practically empty, with very few items available. Overall, however the experience did meet my expectations. Because I only paid about $90 for the room, so while not being pleasantly surprised I was not overly disappointed. In short, if you just need a place to stay for the night while you're in town for business and don't want to spend too much money, you can stay here. The area is safe.

The room was super humid, had to keep most of my stuff in the car. Couldn’t use the microwave more than 15 seconds without tripping the outlet. The bathroom vent/fan did not work.
