It was my first time staying here and I had a great experience. The staff were very accommodating, especially Honey Mae during check-in—she made sure we got everything we requested. The check-out staff was also very helpful, and even the lifeguards were friendly. The amenities were complete, and everything was well-maintained. Highly recommended—I will definitely come back! i didn’t experience any issues—everything was great.

I really Loved this Stay because it was really clean, tidy & well kept. The staff were really helpful & welcoming. I requested for an early check in for me and my girlfriend, though check in is usually from 1400hrs, but Naima and her colleague at the reception desk went out of their way to accommodate my request and even upgraded our hotel room, I was really impressed. I definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely consider it when I’m around again. Thank you for the amazing service. ??? Everything was perfect.

The location is good, the design is great, new, fresh. While the stay was overall fine, the basic facilities such as the floors, toilets, and showers looked outdated and had noticeable dirt marks that could be improved.
