The lock on my door did not work and we had to wait for the nice young man to change the battery which did not work and then he had to use another piece of equipment to open the door. We were tired at the end of a long day, and this was not really what we wanted to be doing.

I honestly was a little nervous when I booked this room, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and huge. It had a king bed, a pull-out couch, a pretty substantial kitchen. Much nice than I expected. A typical hotel breakfast, including a waffle machine, which I really like. It definitely needs updated, some tiles were cracked, paint was chipped, but honestly it was pretty nice for the price. If you're going to DE Turfs this is a solid, inexpensive option. I'd definitely stay here again.

The rooms where located next to each other divided by one room in between the rooms. Room1 had big adult roaches and baby roaches located near the bed night stand with the light and charger . The closet had baby roaches as well as the kitchen near the refrigerator back area huge roach. The next room associated to the stay had roaches near the doorway entry when you enter the room to greet you. This was a disappointment as we have stayed at this property before and have not experienced roaches in the rooms. When one travels this is the last thing they want to bring home to there environment. Please advise and get the facility an exterminator as it is a major concern. Sadly this will be our last time staying here as my entire family is scared of bringing home unwanted critters.. Rodriguez Family

Great location, minutes away from Air Force Base and shopping. Breakfast variety was slim to none but did offer something. Rooms are definitely in need of upgrades, from bathroom (very outdated) to the TV not having USB port for firestick or game systems power source. Not a bad stay but nothing compared to IHG, Marriott or Hilton properties but charge the same price as those before mentioned properties.

Loved the concierge when I arrived. He tended to my every need and want. Came immediately to fix air in our room and to make sure we were comfortable. More modern television and program availability
