The check in was fast. The room was clean. My only complaint was breakfast was only served from 7am-9am . Not a big selection.

We liked that we were able to book a hotel near Dover Speedway for the NASCAR races. Mostly we didn’t like that there was a cocaine scale with residue of cocaine on the shelf next to the bed thankfully and hopefully it was not fentanyl as that could have been fatal after it was discovered by my husbands hand accidentally touching it when he went to put my 11 year old son’s shirt on the shelf next to where they slept. We didn’t like that the toilet had urine, mold & mildew inside and out, the shower couldn’t be used because it was dirty and very unsanitary, there was old food & drinks left inside the microwave from prior guests. The properly it’s self is old and run down. It should be known this is NOT a family, friendly or kid safe property as the hotel is filled with Meth heads & drug addicts tweaking as your view outside your window.

The front desk Guy Nothing...These pictures are very deceiving. When we walked in the lobby, all you smelled was cigarettes. There were people hanging on stairs to our room made me and my daughter uncomfortable. when we got to the room. The beds were not made; they had no covers the pillows were in the middle of both beds where there was a big dip in both beds, the sheets were dingy. I don't know what was on the headboard it looked like blood. The bathroom was disgusting. We literally walked in and walked out. It was very scary. I've stayed at many Best Westerns, and I would have never expected to walk into something like that. We didn't even stay to take pictures. I wish we did...

I am applauded by the fact that your app even has this place as an option. This place needs to be reported to the local board of health for immediate shut down. Bathroom - old, moldy and dirty Bed- hard and old. Bedding- old, dingy and dirty. Television- very few working channels. The entire experience was unpleasant to say the least. This place needs to be shut down or a total renovation from top to bottom. If I could give this place a negative amount of stars it would be -1000. I am totally disappointed that I was led to believe that this was a good hotel to stay at for the night.

Dirty , was supposed to be non smoking it smelt like cigarettes. The sheets smelled like smoke. Everything needs to be updated. No elevator had to carry suitcases up two flights of stairs

First thing I noticed was A/C filter was completely clogged. Tub drain did not drain and was standing in 2" of water in a matter of minutes. We actually decided to drive home and not stay the night. Didn't feel like getting drunk just so I could sleep. Will not consider this location in the future.

This hotel should be closed. I booked five rooms. From the moment we arrived, the staff made the place feel uncomfortable. The rooms were dirty — see the photos. In one room a fire alarm was left on a dresser; if a fire had started we might not have known. The showerhead was disgusting, the towels were stained, the walls were filthy, and there was trash under a chair. The manager’s office was cluttered with boxes and presented a serious fire hazard. The laundry room was a mess. I don’t understand why they left doors open for guests to see these areas. In one room the door would not lock; in another, the door was so stiff we had to push with all our strength to open it. The hotel used a key system, but keys frequently stopped working, forcing us to return to the front desk to have them reactivated. Staff told us the hotel was full, but it did not appear so — there were only about five cars in the lot, two of which were ours. Some vehicles looked run-down and a few employees appeared to be living on site. While employees were polite, the property clearly needs major repairs and a thorough cleaning.Breakfast was unappealing and was served only one morning (Thursday) during our Wednesday–Saturday stay. given the condition of the staff areas, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable touching the provided breakfast. None of the gym equipment worked The management should not be allowing guests to stay there. I hope none of us become ill. I am surprised the health department and fire departmen

The room wasn't too clean, I saw specs of not even sure what at the corner of the room. There was a smell to the entire place that others stated the same. It's sad that the prices increase because of race weekend. It really wasn't worth the price that I paid. Front desk was super nice and helpful.

Property is very bad condition. Rooms not clean and in very bad condition. Very poor house cleaning. Property should be condemned.Parking lot littered with broken down cars.

Location was close to DSU Not enough staff. Had to find desk clerk. Old property. Dusty pillows, sneezed all night long. Window on first floor did not lock, no screen either.

When my daughter and I walked into our room, the toilet seat was up and the water was running. The bowl was stained brownish red and there were pubic hairs on rim. There were two queen beds. Mine had definitely been slept in and not changed. There were long hair strands on one of my three pillows and in the bed as well as small short black hairs on top and under the top sheet. There were also hairs in the moldy shower. It really was gross. Not what I would expect for one night at $139
