Hyatt Place Peña Station/Denver Airport

The property has a lot of potential. The rooms are nice as well as the common spaces, but a lot of small details were lacking. Several lights and the phone did not work in the room. There was also no fan in the bathroom, not even a switch for one. I called a week ahead to request a pack n play in our room and to be put in a room close to family who were also staying there, neither of those were done as requested. Also this could have been happenstance, but I thought it worth mentioning, both my husband and my nephew got sick the night they stayed at the property. Both were sick only that one night during our whole trip.

Very nice and comfortable place, and very convenient to the airport, which was most helpful coming from a somewhat late flight. Had a problem with the key card not working properly, but they identified the problem and had it fixed the following morning. The breakfast was outstanding and featured a nice variety of options. We enjoyed our time at this hotel!

Beautiful property, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The only only that I didn’t like was the small pool, 8 people made it feel crowded.

Hotel was clean. The breakfast was better than most. The bathroom door was a sliding / barn door style which made for a lot of noise with 2 kids. Parking was extra even though it's in the middle of nowhere. Weird to pay for parking so far from airport or city when spending that much for a hotel night.

Conveniently located and modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. Tries to look fancier than it is. The floor we were on was quite warm and our AC made a loud rattling noise which was annoying. The “restaurant” is a bit of a joke with meh quality food and high prices. Having to pay for parking also seems silly considering the location.

We get here after a late flight, our double king bed was given away ! So we had a handicap accessible room that the shower was built for a wheel chair ! The bathroom faucet wasn’t even attached! Save your money and go else where! But they did offer a double queen room that the Ac didn’t work! So you can put the puzzle pieces together that they gave our room to those guests!

Clean, quiet, convenient.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only recommendation I would make is if you need a ride to the airport- schedule it when you check in.

Great stay on my way thru Denver. Very clean, well designed layout. I didn’t get a chance to use many of the amenities.
