Ramada by Wyndham Denver International Airport

Pros: Great airport location. Quiet. The bathroom was clean. The front desk check in person was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

No bath mat so tub was slippery They did have rail in the shower Front desk staff courteous

Give the hotel a minor refresh and my rating would be totally different.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. I booked a room that had a separate area for the bed, but didn't receive it. We were only staying one night, so we decided to make it work. Went to pull out the sofa bed and it was missing the mattress. Had to transfer to a different room that did have one. That sofa bed had crumbs and things under the mattress and the mattress was stained. Overall fine for the 1 night stay though.

Clean, spacious rooms; close to the airport and highways; safe location; free parking. We didn't like the breakfast; most of the time, they ran out of food and didn't restock.

Was what we expected. The bed was super clean and comfortable. Loved that we could open the window wide to give us some cooler fresh air to assist sleep. Room was in need of a little updating as the cabinetry was very tired.

Friendly and helpful! The airport transport was great and on time! Breakfast was simple.

I feel like the walls and doors aren't very soundproof, I often hear other people.

Free shuttle services to and from the airport. Staff very helpful and nice. Room is relatively clean but the hallway carpet's dirty. There was a loose tile in the bathroom floor. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Good value for the price.

It was all good

The room was beautiful and spacious. It was a suite. There were no lights on the outside of the building. We were not sure we were at the right place. Even the Ramada sign was not lit. It was difficult and a little scary to get our luggage out. We were charged to park our vehicle there. The towels were so thin that we had to use 2 of them to dry ourselves off after our shower. Some of the tiles in the bathroom were loose and came up as you walked on them.

TV remote and tub stopper missing, and only one tiny towel. Airport shuttle process was critical but not good. Took over 40 minutes to arrive in am and no posted schedule. No one as the front desk at 6 am and phone number on card at desk went unanswered.

Not clean and I requested a receipt and never received it.

Honestly, the rooms really make this hotel amazing. They're set up perfectly with lots of space. Other than that, this hotel just functions really well, is clean, and punches well above its weight!
