I liked the easy check in; when I arrived. The room was nice for one person. The bed was comfortable, and the black out curtains provided good privacy. The pool area is a little smaller than I expected but it was clean. The fitness center is decent for a little workout. The room could have been cleaned up a little bit more. I found a dirty sock under one table. The dryer was broken in the laundry room. Other than that it was clean.

Advertised hot breakfast, NO BREAKFAST AT ALL

The general manager yelled at me and was very unprofessional after I realized my television was destroyed in my room. He threatened to call the police on me because I wanted a resolution. I do not recommend this hotel. I’m highly disappointed and he needs to be fired. The housekeeping lied the front desk Kal tried to have some good in him, but you can tell the people that he’s surrounded in bullying him domain him and force him to be evil and vow and unprofessional to their customers. I’m highly disappointed. I wish someone would contact me that is over this establishment and make it right everywhere I go. I’m telling everyone to never come here.

Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. The room was either freezing or unbearable, and the unit sounded unsafe. We had no alternative lodging available at the time, so we were forced to stay despite these conditions. This experience did not meet basic health, safety, or cleanliness standards, and the room was not as advertised.

Avoid !! These are for workers that move around a lot, the outside had a facelift but not inside. They need to bleach sheets, towels and bath rafs. My bed wasn’t made up, trash not emptied, linen not picked up. There was a stain on sheets, towels & rags had stains Will not stag here again 😢😢.

Did not have breakfast available I checked in around 6pm went across to the shopping store came back around 8pm by the time I was settled in a room it was 9pm they switch me 4 didn’t times rooms where not ready and not working properly I booked a king room ended with 2 double bed room not comfortable and too small we slept separate and my boyfriend is tall so really not what we expected being I’ve stayed with choice hotels plenty of times before. The room I settled in still was under construction we left on Monday morning around 8 due to all the drilling and hammering they started couldn’t sleep so we left, I had plans on staying another night they couldn’t offer me a discount so we left and went down the street to Best Western.
