6/27-6/29 my stay wasn’t good we where in 315 WiFi wasn’t working not good when you have kids 2 - brought our own towels I never use hotel towels told housekeeping not to touch she took my stuff anyway they told me to reboot WiFi I move a stand it had dirty and food behind it that’s what she should’ve been doing instead of moving my stuff they claim to have look naw the manager said they was there and put back out so my soft new Costco towels want to another room ask for room on 1st or 2nd floor that may be better will it be next for use nope

The stay was amazing, staff was friendly and very attentive. When I’m Back In Town I’ll Definitely book here again

clean room. Travelers in room above us had kids jumping around until around 11:00pm and barking dogs woke us up this morning.

Great rooms and breakfast

We arrived late at night and left very early the next morning but we slept very good. The room was very spacious and very clean. Light breakfast was available. Well recommended for family with kids or support pets.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Seems as if there is no insulation. Because it’s a pet friendly hotel, which I love, there was a lot of noise at crazy hours. At 8 AM sharp I was woken to a text message inquiring what time we were checking out. After not great sleep due to the noises all night and a not so comfy bed,, it was irritating.

The hotel was beautiful, and very clean. Hot breakfasts items were amazing.

The hotel is supposed to be pet friendly and was told that the pet policy states that if dogs was left alone and someone complains on your dog barking then they would call you. You pay a fee for the animal to be there and if it’s a pet friendly hotel then other guest should be understanding of this. We are all there to have a great time so if you wanted to go out like to a beach or the naval base as we did there would be no way to bring the animal out in 90 something degree temps.

Very nice breakfast. There was a packet of sugar/sweet n low on the sheet in the bed when we got there. The room was quiet. The staff was very friendly.

The room was clean . Most of the staff was nice but two employees at the front desk were rude and very disrespectful! Unconcerned about simple needs and requests of guest . Breakfast layout was okay but not as fresh and warm servers were nice and friendly. Parking was amazing. Not a horrible experience but definitely room for growth and will stay there again . Just hate those two night workers were rude and very disrespectful.

This is a great location with so much to do within a short distance from the hotel. Easy access onto the main highway makes travel easier. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. It's definitely the place to stay whether you are on business or on a family trip.
