Comfort Inn & Suites Daphne Spanish Fort - Mobile East

I stayed the weekend, travelled for work. Hotel is clearly in the middle of renovations. First room I got smelled terrible of body odor and mold, they did switch me to a different room which was ok. Would not stay again.

Breakfast was merely ok at best- little variety and not well stocked. It wasn't awful but neither would I call it good. Next time I'm in the area I'll go elsewhere.

Worst place I have ever stayed at. The first room had mold on the ceiling and it was painted over with white. There were some sort of bugs in the bathroom. I call them Waterbugs. The carpet was so stained. We requested another room. That one wasn't much better, but no mold. The shower walls hadn't been cleaned for like a year. We choose not to eat breakfast there. Wouldn't stay here ever again if it was the last place on earth. The halls stank soo bad.

The room was clean. The shower curtain had a damp musty smell that was overpowering and very unpleasant. The room was otherwise clean.

Very nice and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable but the room had a very strong musty smell and could have used a more thorough cleaning

The hotel was run down, had a moldy smell, and there was no soap in the bathroom.

Room needed to be cleaned better. Also saw white power at each door like there were bugs. Came away with 3 bites not sure if it was in the room or by the pool.

This place as zero accountability and completely mismanaged. DO NOT TRUST THEY HAVE YOUR INTERNET IN MIND! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY AND GIVING YOU NOTHING IN RETURN

The property was being renovated but the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay. The ac was already cooling when we arrived.

No shampoo in the bathroom. The room smelled very musty and moldy, and it did not help when we turned their air conditioner on. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and there was hair on the floor. The comforter was threadbare and had a large hole in it.

Reserved 2 rooms. They were clean but in my son in law and daughter's room they didn't have a shower curtain and when he went to call the desk there was no connections on the phone. Just picked up the base and took it back to the desk. Felt property was run down.

The place needs a good cleaning. There of mold in the shower and the floors looked like they have not been cleaned in several weeks... For a Comfort Inn, the standards was not there..

One sheet wasn’t the cleanest. Floors could have been vacuumed/swept better.

This is my favorite stop over hotel. Always clean and the rooms have comfortable beds. Staff is friendly. Close to shopping,dining & highway access.
