Motel 6 Dallas, TX - Northeast

Room had broken phone. broken bathroom door, no ice bucket and stained sheets, certain areas of hallway smelled of urine and feces, and unhelpful hard to communicate with staff.

Good value for money. Helpful check-in staff and room well maintained

Phones didn't work. The shower didn't work as well & the door didn't lock at all

You get what you pay for and we needed sleep! Beware the place is crawling with crackheads. People yelling at each other, people arguing with vending machines.. Again our fault for the price but goodness gracious 0 out of 5 stars do not recommend.

The man at front desk was rude. The ac did not work. Wouldn't change rooms.

In the rooms were roaches also someone had been in the room having adult activities leaving the room a mess along with their DNA

Toilet did not work, requiring manual intervention to fill the tank. The room had a strong smell of Pine Cleaner...I guess that means it was sanitized. The rooms need to have some accents or colors to make them feel more "homey and friendly". Since the room does not have a closet, additional hanging hooks are needed; a luggage rack would be nice too since the is no table or bench for that purpose. A full-sized mirror would be nice not only to make the room feel larger, but to help those of us that need to get ready for an event.
