Studio 6 Cypress, CA

-Staff, housekeeping were polite. -Air conditioning, hot water worked well -Bed was fine, room was clean -Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (6 cup with 2 pouches provided) worked. Minuses: -Wifi was horrendous. Either not up at all (connected fine- 4 bars), but without internet or so sporadic and slow that it was not useable. Had to use my phone's hotspot -not a terrible neighborhood, but the nature of the clientele (typical for these types of motel) was questionable - received a loud knock on my door at midnight from someone looking for someone else. But I suspected this issue upon booking. -no plates, glasses, cutlery provided (this is an extended stay), though I'm sure that theft wouldbean issue. 4 paper coffee cups were provided. I wouldn't stay again solely based on the poor WiFi; if you don't need that, you get what you pay for.

Love the friendly, helpful staff!!! I usually stay a few weeks at a time and always look forward to being back. the amenities are so important. having a friendly staff is one thing but having a kitchen being able to cook and save the money from eating out is such a perk. I recommend Cypress studio 6 wholeheartedly!

I really love everything about this place. the furniture may be dated and the parking lot is not perfect (there is a little construction, couple of orange cones) but the staff are extremely friendly and that goes a long way in my book. I have never found a stray hair that didn't belong to me which is a pet peeve. Studio6 in Cypress checks every box for me. The convenience of a kitchenette is a real money saver considering the cost of eating out these days. Full size refrigerator, stove top burners plus microwave and all the kitchenware including kitchen towel, lol. To be perfectly honest, I keep coming back because of the staff (and the great prices)! Wonderful people. Always a warm greeting and a smile!

Check in was quick and fast with Albi; housekeeping knocked on my door every day I was there (there was no DND sign and I didn't like it) but at least they checked on me. But get a door sign, please! Now the bad --- the towels are ATTROCIOUS! They had stains on all of them! Good thing I brought my own. The clientele at the site looks down-on-their luck even though the price I paid should have warranted different. Who rents a room, but then spends hours time leaning on the balcony constantly!? The property is L-shaped and I was down at the end of the L --- and there was only ONE (1) way in/out! God forbid there is a major fire at the entrance --- we are all doomed! There are stores to eat and there was not even a walkway to exit the hotel at my end either. There is no pool and the TV in the room was way too small! There was a dining table with two chairs but it would have been nice to have either a small sofa or a lounge chair. The stay did its job, but even though I was treated well by the staff --- the environs (someone was doing care repairs one day), the sandpaper towels, the tiny TV and the shower head at the 5-foot height were just not apropos for me, and I won't be back!

It was nice to have ice machine working and available at any time.

Rooms are nice and spacious. No pool and outside a little dated. But quiet and comfortable

Had a great stay felt safe. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They don’t have a pool and parking gets pretty tight at night. However the room was as clean as it could be and the price is very reasonable. The location is good and near alot of places . Thank you all I will be back.

There was no hot water in our first room and smelled like cigarettes and weed. The second room they moved us into, the tub was sunken into the floor and cracked, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, the refrigerator made a horrible loud vibrating noise, and there was no phone in the room. The third room was okay. The outlets in all the rooms were horrible because our charger blocks kept falling out the socket so we had to prop them with things to keep them from falling out. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

I am only giving this a 1 star rating because I have too and because the front desk staff was as helpful as he could be.

Motel is in revamping. Pool unusable full of dirt. Unable to find ice machines. Staff friendly. We were on the bottom floor, people above us dropped or threw a glass bottle of ketchup near our door and up very late playing loud banging music.

Rooms are very poorly kept and the floors and walls and ceilings were disgusting

Parking was perfect! I was able to park right in front of our room! I loved the kitchen and the beds were comfy! It was quiet and we slept well. Thank you for a great night! The only thing I didn’t like was the $60 deposit!

The room I got was 118 it smelled like smoke and the bathtub drain wasn’t going down the cover wasn’t working. There was a hole on the wall in the entrance. They returned my deposit but then they ended up charging me the 60 deposit after they returned it.

Staff was nice and room was clean. Older motel but did fine for what we were there for.

Room was clean, however the bathroom had a leak! Faucet leaked and the tub leaked when the shower was on.

Staff was amazing and very helpful, room was clean. Only downside was that it smelled of cigarettes however, I know that that’s the fault of people who break the no smoking policy. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area.
