Friendly staff

My tv didn’t work for three of the four nights I stayed there. First night, didn’t care. Second night told the staff and the response was, “tv’s don’t work”, third night someone came up and attempted to fix it. Maintenance was able to fix it for the last evening.

How excellent is that: I was given an upgrade! Grateful to the kindness the welcoming receptionist gave. Kind hearted! • Breakfast was Great • Room was Comfortable, Clean and Great • Kind Staff

Clean room, excellent staff, great breakfast

Its a nice motel. Has everything you could need. Our room was nice, the breakfast was good, could have been a little hotter. But good. Its a fine motel. Staff was very friendly and quite attentive.

Good breakfast for hotel. Sink faucet moved when you turned it it off and on, obviously cleaning staff would have noticed it.

Just I ask to clean something inside of my room and take the garbage out ...(we stayed for 3 days ) and they said I can used the towel for clean the floor and the garbage they will take out once we leave (I'm so upset for that, we like to have clean our rooms, but with kids it's sometimes difficult)

The complimentary breakfast was good, which was one of the few positive aspects of my experience. Unfortunately, housekeeping was a major issue. My room was not cleaned for the entire week I stayed there. After the third day, I contacted the front desk and was told a request would be entered into the system for my room. The following day, nothing was done. I then spoke with the manager, who blamed a new system update for the housekeeping issues. She personally cleaned my bathroom and left a note stating that housekeeping would return the next day to fully service the room. Once again, no one showed up. To make matters worse, when I first arrived, the room did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. After a long flight, I was too exhausted to deal with changing rooms, so I went to the store and purchased disinfecting wipes to clean the room myself. I chose this hotel instead of the one I normally stay at, and I regret that decision. The lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and failure to follow through on promises made this a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Breakfast was pretty good. Pool is small but clean.

My towels and bed pillows had beard hair (at least I’m hoping it was beard hair and not pubic hair) all over them.

Has a hiccup with the first room but staff was quick to accommodate! Pleasant place in a great areas. Great food and amenities!

Disappointed to see corned beef hash both days on the breakfast. Otherwise food was good. Pool was nice. Good temp.

The room was very clean. The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The stay was very nice. No issues with this hotel and location was excellent.

The stay was great, the bed was a little bit hard, but other than that, the staff was super friendly and helpful! Kudos to Manuel who was preparing breakfast! Safe environment, close to many shops and restaurants, & we would stay there again!
