The hotel is so nice! Breathtaking views! But they don’t offer complimentary coffee so be prepared!

Upon walking in, the woman at the front desk barely greeted me as she was eating something. She asked for my credit card and license then sat there with towels for a young boy, who was dripping wet from the pool walking through the lobby. We also discovered no pool towels at the pool, once we found the pool on our own later. She then told me to keep my card out, popped up a charge and told me to pay without explanation of what it was for. I politely asked, then had to ask for parking info. She wrote me a parking pass handed me the room keys and said I was all set. No “thank you, enjoy your stay, let us know if you need anything” or ANY direction as to where to park, the elevators, our room, the pool etc. was. I politely asked if what I had observed as I walked in was correct for these item & she just said mhmm. The pool area was small & very dimly lit, but enough to appease my 8 & 10 year old. The room was clean, it was close to everything and the view of the city was great!

Love the view and entertainment of watching cops live

Everyone was super friendly but the second shift lady who took the champagne and strawberries to our room and had it waiting for us after dinner definitely went above and beyond. It made the evening special and we will never forget ❤️

Hotel need to be maintained a lot better. Staff acts like they don’t care
-
Bathroom a little dingy but overall 3 out of 5 star.
-
The staff at the front desk were terrible, they were rude when we checked in and they were rude when we checked out
-
Downstairs bar was closed on a Saturday night

It’s just an old hotel, but staff and space always nice for the highway and water view. Elevators weren’t working properly but was t too much of an issue. They may need more staff f but always a great place I like to stay when I visit Cincy .

Old building. Lots of character. Nice spacious rooms with great air conditioning. Some mild maintenance issues. Good breakfast options if you aren’t in a hurry. Cool rotating steakhouse on the top floor with limited menu, but good food. Great view from the room if you aren on the river side.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for a few years now and the quality has slowly started to decline, however it’s not awful or horrible and I’d still stay here. Some of the power outlets didn’t work and I couldn’t change the temperature of the shower. The balcony is nice, the pool was warm, the staff friendly, and the elevator that goes right to the parking garage is handy. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff was great and check-in was super quick!

The place is filled with cockroaches. Have to pay for parking. The bedsheets were all stained. Would not recommend staying there.
-
Just a nice place to stay, close to food and entertainment.

Let’s see where do you begin ? It took almost 30 minutes to check in because they couldn’t figure out how to charge a card for $10 in parking. One of the elevators were down. The other elevator sounded like a train when running. People smoking on all floors The property is located right next to the highway. Be prepared for it to be very loud all night long hearing trucks and cars. AC wouldn’t function. Sheets dirty Blankets dirty Police constantly driving around the property. Dirty. Inside and outside. Dated Don’t even try to use the pool or revolving roof top restaurant. Front desk has no idea the status of those. So bad

Not clean, looks good exterior but interior very worn down.
-
Pictures are misleading. Our outlets didn't work by the bed and a lamp didn't work. I was very disappointed in the stay. It is run down in my opinion
-
Place was old and had an musty smell to it
