That it was clean and the staff was helpful. When I booked the for the disability room I thought that meant it was a handicapped room. I learned otherwise. I felt bad for my room who needed grab bars for the shower.

Area, beds, heat and air, decor, staff. The shower needs a rubber mat for safety; the coffee maker needs directions or a staff to help to be able to run it.. I could not use the coffee maker; more places to hang garments.

Clean, sleek, modern. Staff were very helpful tutoring me in how to use the two different TV controls. It was very high tech. Took me awhile to understand how to work the lights and TV

Location and ease No breakfast or gym. Put up do not disturb sign and staff still came into room.

Great location, easy access, comfy bed, clean. Almost no shower water pressure, inconsistent shower water temp, huge gap under every front door, outside phone call not working, electric blind didn’t work, Wolfbox EV charger not working, water machine not working… if you manage this property, do you see a pattern here???

Comfortable well set up room with a spacious shower. Nespresso in the room and a great location. Very friendly staff and very clean. Nothing

Nice, new property in an outstanding location, next door to Peet's Coffee and across the street and a short walk from both a mall and supermarket. Free water refills during office hours. Very clean and comfortable. Minor annoyance with condensation on the floor from heater and small water leak from shower which required extra towels, which the staff gladly supplied. No closet or drawers to store clothing.

It would have been great to have a little light on the coffee area, maybe some instructions for the coffee pot. Not used to a Nespresso machine.
