Clean room

Very nice accommodations. While we were gone and only in at night, the suite was visited and cleaned everyday. Most importantly, coffee supply was replenished. Very quiet location for being close to the freeway which also made access easy. Kitchen stocked for our needs. All in all if opportunity arose, we would stay again.

we had water in the shower that ranged from cold to lukewarm at times but this ws sporadic. we called to have it fixed the day we arrived and they said maintenance would come in at 8am. we had to call back and remind them to send maintenance. he came and couldn't fix it. Then they had to answer to it. we stayed for two nights with cold water. on the positive side our room was big, it had a kitchen and the kids had a great time in the pool.

I never started there I tried to reschedule for trip delayed and 3 weeks before the trip all I was told sorry non refundable see you the 22. They were not helpful and impolite. I will never stay at this hotel, I would understand if I had tried the day off but not 3 weeks before the stay. They should try having a little sympathy and being more courtesy when a customer just wanted to change the dates of the trip to a non holiday trip date. Not happy at all.

We were spending the day in Tiburon and just needed a place to crash on Saturday night. Surprisingly the hotel was very clean. Our room was extremely large, the grounds were well kept. I wish we could’ve stayed and spent some time in the pool.

Two blocks away there is a Mall with great restaurants. We choose the Italian. Great food.

Friendly greeting upon check in, quick and easy. Spacious suite, living room and kitchen area well appointed and clean. Convenient to freeway but a bit noisy at night and early morning.

This has been the best place to have my daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids stay when they visit us. When the whole family comes, we don’t have room for them to spend the night with us so this is our best solution and it’s comfortable with friendly staff.

This property offers large rooms with kitchens and a great pool area. Unfortunately the staff is rude to people who have booked through third parties and very un-accommodating with their pet/ animal policy. The first time we booked a stay at this hotel we arrived and they informed us they could not accommodate our pet despite the website saying they were pet friendly. The second time we stayed we booked direct and it took 30 minutes on the phone with their staff to navigate the variety of random rates and offers they had to confirm our stay. Although the property is nice, the staff and way they operate the property is not great. This property is also right off the free way, so some of the rooms have a good amount of noise.

We stayed at the Marin Suites for three nights. It was very clean and well maintained. It is an older property, but that added to the charm of the room. It was quiet even though it is a large property. They had a very nice pool and hot tub area, although we did not use the pool during our stay. Parking was adequate and we were able to park close to our room. Stayed in a King Suite that was fully equipped with a table and chairs, and a refrigerator and microwave. The room was large and spacious, something lacking in the newer motels. The bed was comfortable and there were many windows to let in natural light. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice place to stay.

I can’t even say enough. When I got there, I was a little nervous about what I was getting myself into, but the rooms were huge. The amenities were very very thoughtful. I needed a corkscrew, someone had a one up there , I couldn’t figure out how to get my television to work, again someone was there in minutes, and then followed up with you the next day as well… Housekeeping was exemplary. And the pool of the hot tub were perfectly clean. There were all these little vignettes that you could go outside and sit around and read or entertain a fireplace water bottle filler, a garden that was just delightful a grill…..

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great amenities such as laundry, pool and hot tub. I would definitely go and visit this property again!

Great stay and big room. Loved having a kitchen. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor area space. Close to shops and restaurants.
