The staff was good. There were a few things in the room that could be better. The handle on the toilet flusher would stick so there was a lot of water waste I would assume . A drawer in the room would not stay shut so that is dangerous for someone if they had to get up in the middle of the night. The room smelled musty…I assume because of all the humid weather.

This holiday inn was okay. The price was great for a weekend but the hotel is a little rundown. Only one elevator so expect to wait. The pool and hot tub were good as was the breakfast. The location is great...walking distance to whitecap beach.

Location. $10 a day to park but bar next door using 1/4 of spots forcing limited parking. Said they told us at checkin if it rained pool would close. THEY DID NOT. Breakfast weak & cook staff rude.

Parking It smells like sewage when you walk in. The people at the front are unprofessional having conversation amongst themselves and not acknowledging customers when they enter.

Close to the beach Whole hotel Smelled strongly of mold and mildew, we switched floors and you could still smell it! Front desk said it was because the rain., it was awful. Worst Holiday Inn experience ever! Stayed 3 days and the smell never changed! Only a Single elevator for 4 floors! Parking is 15$ per day per vehicle, you have to scan the QR code outside in the parking lot to setup and pay!

Great. We had an easy walk to the beach and had a good time. Breakfast was decent.

The bed was very comfortable. The elevator was very slow which had us using the stairs a couple times.

Everyone we interacted with was so nice and helpful! The room was perfect for what we needed.
