Love the location,it's small and quiet, water pressure is fantastic The beds are hard

-The room was fine, but could do w/an AC cleaning.… -Ad indicates “restaurant”. There is an adjacent restaurant next door&other restaurants nearby, but the Hotel itself does not have one. -If you’re looking for quiet and quaint, this is an excellent spot

Its quiet and close to everything!

We opened the door to a run down room that smelled like cigarette smoke. The window air conditioner was literally screaming at us to put it out of its misery. There was a light switch to one operable lamp and a comforter on the bed that may be from the 1990s. We checked in at 2:00 and headed to the beach. The room was hot when we returned. We decided to shower with shoes on and head back home. I just couldn’t. The price is cheap, but not worth the savings.

The bedding was dirty, and the pillow cases smelled of sweat.

Location was literally around the corner from White Cap Beach. For the money it was not a bad price. Could use a few updates especially if in the bathrooms. Overall not a bad place for 1 night . Loved that it was quite & I could have my dog.

Shower wall and shower curtain had something splatter. Did give impression on not being clean. Room a bit run down.

Horrible and filthy place

This property was fairly rundown and dated, and needs a good deep clean. I do not feel like it was worth the price that I paid. The office staff were professional and kind.

It needs major upgrades, but you get what you pay for.

Just older than it looked in pictures but everything worked well and location was nice and convenient. Overall stay was good.

I saw several bad reviews on this place that were not fair. If you are looking for a top rate new hotel and are willing to pay for it, then this is not for you. It is a typical older motel with plenty of character. Price is right. Four restaurants that you can walk to. Check in and out was friendly.

The staff was friendly and reasonable. The bed was firm and comfortable. The primary upsides here are location and price. Booked a room with a King bed, we were put in a room with 2 queen beds. The explanation was that the AC in the King room was not working right. Given how weak the AC was in the room we got I shudder to think what they considered sub-standard. There were 4-bulb light fixtures in the bathroom and vanity area. On each one two sockets were blocked off and out of the remaining 2 only one bulb worked. So in an area that should have had 8 light bulbs there were 2 working bulbs. The light outside the room door was burned out as well. The air conditioning was not really sufficient to keep the room comfortable. Wimpy pillows even by hotel standards. No hand towels in the bathroom. The in room coffee was barely recognizable.

Great place to rest after a full day and night fishing at the beach. The beds are comfortable and the ac is cold.

The door was rusted, the carpet was filthy, sheets looked dirty, bathroom and tub were dirty, paint was peeling, holes in walls & roaches!
