Crown City Inn

We’ve been coming to the Crown Inn for 35+ years. The accommodations and location in Coronado are exceptional and would stay no where else on the island! We’ll be staying there again very soon!

Smaller independently owned and very helpful staff

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice this motel was (we booked for the NASCAR race so most everything else was already sold out). The women who checked us in I think were the actual owners and were soooo nice! They had free drinks and fresh cookies in the lobby and there is a cute little restaurant attached (we unfortunately didn't have time to try it out but it looked good)! They also had a firepit and complimentary bikes and other items which was an added touch. Rooms were clean and there was additional parking in the back. Don't have any complaints! Wish we weren't so busy with the races - we could have really enjoyed what they had to offer!

Beautiful, quiet boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Filtered water available in lobby to refill your water bottle plus freshly baked cookies. Room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Free bikes to cruise around town and the beach supplies were a big plus! Will definitely stay here again!

We were on Coronado Island for the Nascar races, and the location was perfect. Just a short drive up to the base, and an equally short drive down to the beach. Bathroom was a bit small, but it fit the style of the inn. Having the AC mounted in the corner by the bathroom was a weird location, forcing you to leave it on longer to cool the room down.

The hotel staff was helpful and very welcoming. The rooms were nice and they gave good information about the town.

Great location, friendly staff, loaner bikes, coffee, tea and afternoon cookies made it extra welcoming.

Room was exceptionally clean. Plenty of fresh towels and bed was comfortable. The refrigerator came in handy. The only thing I did not care for was the AC. It was louder than I prefer, but thankfully nights were cool so I was able to turn it off. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return. Having a bistro right next door was very convenient and the breakfast was superb.

I loved the quaintness of this place it was awesome! It was so clean and they have everything you need, right down to a box fan if you need air circulation! Loved it will highly recommend and I will be returning!

This is a rare boutique experience on Coronado....charming....be sure to have breakfast at the Bistro!

Amazing Staff, Great Location.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay! The front desk staff was very friendly and full of great tips for our stay! They have toy bags for the kids. The room was very clean and everything worked. Beds were comfortable. Mini fridge was a good size and worked well. We got a coupon to the Bistro next door for breakfast. Parking in the back was easy. If you like playing tennis, there are some open public courts behind the inn. Pay to use laundry room. Plenty of ice for the cooler. Definitely will be back!

Superb

Fantastic welcome from Staff - super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the area! The room was clean and well prepared, loved having the small refrigerator and microwave if needed. Incredibly comfortable beds too! The breakfast at the bistro was hands-down one of our favorites! 10 out of 10 for us!
