Location was great 1.Our plane left at 8:40, we had to leave at 7:30. The hotel policy was to not have breakfast until 7:15. When we arrived at 7:00 the staff told us we could not enter the breakfast room even though everything was ready. 2.There arer about 10 steps down/up to the entrance. The male staff at the desk refused to help us carry down our luggage. 3.The room was way too small for the price

Fabulous location, hotel provides some entertainment on Saturday and Monday evenings, which was excellent. AND, I left 6 expensive sweaters at the hotel when we left for the ferry to Sarande and I received a note within 1/2 hour of leaving the hotel. They sent my sweaters to me in a taxi, which arrived before we left port. The day we arrived there was a parade which closed the street of the hotel, taxis were not running and there was a restaurant strike that same day. The hotel could have taken the opportunity to shine be bringing in some good for their guests, but they did not. We ate peanuts and drank wine for lunch and dinner. It all ended up ok, but it would have been nice if some food had been for sale at the hotel.

Breakfast excellent. Staff -nothing they would not do to make your stay exceptional. Garden and surrounds magnificent. Extremely relaxing. Nothing.

Beautiful historic building in the centre of Old Town and very friendly and kind staff. I loved the garden/ outside seating areas. Breakfast options were superb. A wonderful stay!!

This place was extraordinary…..you felt like you were stepping into the past…it was the 1920’s when places prided themselves on service, quality. The place is gorgeous and extremely well maintained. Classy soft music played in the background. The friendliness of the staff brought the whole place to the next level. Nothing can be improved. The place is PERFECT !!

The hotel had been recently renovated. It was very comfortable in the common areas, with great patio space and very dedicated staff that did their best to help us enjoy our stay. I'd like to mention Konstantina and Nasia at the reception desk and all the staff at the breakfast room, lead by Giorgos, and also the lady who served both at the breakfast room and the cafeteria. The hotel is perfectly situated, at the end of Guildford Street, one of the nicest streets in town, very close to the centre and yet very quiet and peaceful The bedroom. It was too small and, in spite of the good quality of all the fittings, the bed and pillows, the shower, the cupboards, etc., it wasn't comfortable. The room didn't have a single chair (wouldn't have fitted) and, instead, it had a stool under the narrow table. The bed was comfortable but it wasn't so comfortable for us to move around it. The worst was the bathroom. The room had no separate bathroom. There was a sink next to the bed, with a revolving mirror which we often hit as we moved towards or away from the bedroom, then a shower, which was good, but, even with the closed door, would flood that part of the room. The toilet was another tiny space. This arrangement was not explained on the booking page, neither was there anything about it in the hotel website. This is very different from what we expected to get from the price we paid, over 200€ in the shoulder season. In any case, the description of the room was clearly misleading. We mentioned this at the reception and they told us, except for one room, the rest were all the same. If this is so, all the more reason to make it clear to customers before they book. This was a shame because the hotel was otherwise spectacular, but the room one gets is the central part of the experience in a hotel.

The shower is only half closed so lots of water ends up on the floor.

Beautiful courtyard and inside bar area. Room not huge but nicely decorated. Large sizes of Korres toiletries provided. Great location. All staff were so helpful and friendly. Location in Old Town but not noisy. Near restaurants and even a little supermarket. Would stay again. More fresh fruit for breakfast would have been nice.
