    I booked a room at this hotel for a one night last minute stay. Judging by the pictures and information provided on the website, I decided to take a chance. I regret my choice. Red flags went up as soon as we pulled into the property. Large quantities of food was spilled at the front entrance of the building. It was never cleaned up, and cars spread it as they ran over it. The floors in the lobby and hall were VERY wet from pool traffic, including the elevator. It was never moped . There was a sign at the front desk stating that the kitchen is closed indefinitely, so no breakfast. Only one of the three elevators was functioning, and did not display the inspection certificate as required. The elevator sounded as of it was in very bad repair. At 9pm there was still dirty bedding piled in the hallway of the floor where we stayed. We were awakened in the middle of the night by moaning and groans from a nearby room that went on for an hour. So disgusting! Also, I have never been asked to provide a $100. "refundable" deposit on a room. It is the second day after checkout, and no sign of a refund. I took time stamped pictures of every angle of the room before checking out, and I'm glad I did, because experience tells me I'm going to have to go through much hassle to get that deposit back. It would be better to book a much more expensive hotel. I will mention that the bed was clean and comfortable. Also the room was clean despite being well-worn.

    Front desk lady was very rude and unclean. Lady was picking her nose and eating her boogers and I am being so serious it was digusting!

    Air worked but the unit was loud. You had to hold down on the handle for the toilet to flush. There was a musty smell in the room, but for the price and short notice, it served the purpose.

    This was our second stay in this hotel in a week. We thought we would give it another chance. The staff is awful. RUDE. Incompetent. They act like you’re inconveniencing them when asking a question. The dining room is closed; so forget about the included breakfast. The kitchen is supposedly under renovation. They should take the breakfast included out of the description. The number on the doors are taped with label makers. We will NEVER stay here again.

    Room not ready when we arrived even though it was 7 pm and we had pre registered. Then they gave us an ADA room with a tub even though we had reservations for a roll in shower, so we had to move. Thermostat didn’t work. They fixed it soon after I reported it. They had no blankets, so I had to go buy one. No wash cloths. Towels were not replaced or room cleaned even though we were there 4 nights. No hot water on one afternoon. I went to the pool. When I got back to the room, I turned on the shower to rinse off the pool water. It didn’t get hot at all; after 5 minutes, it was still the same temperature as the cold. I waited an hour. Then, it got lukewarm, so not warm enough to get under. Water never got really hot ever.

    This hotel is very nice. Located in a very populated area. Lots of restaurants. The only issue that we had was that the hotel did not serve the breakfast that was advertised. In my opinion when this happens, there should be a compensation in price. They still charge the same exact price for the room, but failed to provide the breakfast promised.

    There is no kitchen. So if you want breakfast or room service go else where. There a sign at the front desk no morning breakfast. Sign look like it been there a while. How ever the bedroom get cold I had it to 63°. Hot water with good water pressure. The bed side light stands plug ins did not work. So just in case bring a long cord you might need it. The actual curtains do not move. Just a sheer curtain in the middle and 2 big curtains if you need the room dark bring a face mask. Bed is hard . A little to hard for me. Pillows are nice and soft.
