The staff was rude and the hotel itself had a bad smell.

However, A/c filter filthy. Dirt spewing out of it. I had to vacuum it out. Room carpet stained and cowebs and layers of dirt around baseboards. Again, I had to clean them. Some staff were nice, others were rude.

Terrible place to go, avoid at any cost, people are drinking and smoking in the lobby, no one to greet in the reception, lots of strangers loitering. Room was poor, dirty and smells. Never book this hotel even if it’s free.

Very clean beautiful hotels. Pet friendly and everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The woman checking me in was very friendly. The halls smelled of weed & the room wreaked of pet urine - my clothes smelled of the odor when I came home.

Hard to find desk person always away from the desk

Location The room is rundown. Bathroom vanity is disgusting with cigarettes burn marks, color stains. Bathtub, floor all need to be throw out. It's hard to imagine this facility is still in business. It won't pass public health evaluation.

Not much to like. Ery bad experience Everything. The floor on the kitchenette was sagging and the appliances were in need of cleaning. I had to ask for a coffee maker and hair dryer in the room, but never got the coffee. Asked for a top floor room and got the 2’nd floor. Noisy all night, doors slamming, people arguing down the hall. No staff over night. My wife and O did not feel safe. Never so glad to leave a hotel.

Great service and the don’t hold anything on your card. Just pay on here and then they check you in

Nothing Claimed my name wasnt on the booking, didnt have the correct rooms, changed our rooms to 2 single bedrooms (we are a family of 6 and i told them we needed 2 rooms with 2 beds), changed our rooms again and gave us rooms on 2 different floors, the rooms smelled like awful Body Odor and were dirty. This was an awful experience and I am very disappointed because I have stayed in extended stays in other states for my kids competitions and they were great. But never again

Good room, a suite, clean and comfortable. But, no frills. No ice, no food, no health club no maid service, etc.

Nobody clean up room for weeks. You have to ask to. Even after cleaning it still dirty. My car was broken into in the parking lot right by the hotel entrance, and my tools were stolen Right under the window by the entrance, there were always either homeless people or some friends of the hotel staff. They often talked loudly at night

Cockroaches

Walked in and walked right back out. This place was very poorly managed would not send a dog there to stay.

Friendly and responsive staff

Bathroom was dirty. Still old toothpaste in the sink. Whole building smelled like weed. People out front were smoking when clearly no smoking signs and were drunk.

I had to work and didn’t get to the hotel until midnight. There was no one at the desk to check you in. I called and had to wait 15 minutes and still, no one showed up. Lobby carpet was dirty walls needed painting place was terrible.

Room was clean enough. Quiet for the most part. The refrigerator was clean and included ice trays. There's a 2 eye stove top. Lots of cabinet & drawer space and a trash bin that fits in the cabinet under the sink with bin bags included. It's easy to get to destinations, close to great restaurants and shops. Lots of close parking. Safe location. Staff is friendly. Checking in after 10pm is a little daunting, especially after a 12 hr drive. The site says they serve breakfast, but upon check in you will find out that they don't and there are no coffee makers in the rooms. The last 2 days we had noise complaints regarding the room directly above ours, but couldn't get anyone to answer any of the numbers when trying to contact the front desk. The phones in the rooms don't work. We called for someone regarding a backed up toilet in 1 of the other rooms and no one responded. The bathroom in our room had an unusual smell.
