The front desk people were very nice and helpful. The snack selection and beverage selection was great. The pool was nice and clean. Would definitely come back to stay.

Lots of people put garbage in hallways, halls smelled like weed.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Had nice chill our areas in community spaces. My teenage daughter and had double Queen room. It was clean and nice AND very small. Would not recommend if you have a lot of luggage.

No room cleaning available during our 4 day stay. Nearly impossible to access the hotel parking lot because of inadequate signage for a big construction project.

Tru is always consistent. I know what we are going to get and it keeps us coming back.
