Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus Airport East by IHG

My stay was wonderful from the staff to the pool and hot tub I needed to relax and I definitely did that

All staff members were friendly and helpful.

Everything was very pleasant.

The evening receptionist was very helpful and kind. The breakfast staff was good about keeping it clean and stocked. Generally the stay was great. The elevator was a bit sketchy as the door wouldn't close sometimes for extended periods.

Everything is always very pleasant... I would stay again family friendly.

Our toilet didnt work and we didnt get a pullout couch that we booked for. Other than that it was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful

The room was clean and well appointed. There was a gym on site and plenty of restaurant choices. The hotel is also close to the highway and a short distance to the airport. The hotel associates were warm, and professional. My hotel floor was a little noisy - children running and yelling in the hallway. The kids were happy and didn't intend to disrupt, I could have used a little more quiet. When I called downstairs for help with the noise, I didn't receive any assurance the hotel would look into it.

Good location, staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. My room was a little musty. Not sure if it was the ac or carpet. I did enjoy my stay.

Just wish they had more tv channels for me to watch when I slept.

The front desk employee was very kind, helpful and patient. She let me know about the pool and breakfast hours. I just really appreciated how I was treated right from checking in, it helped my whole stay there feel welcoming.

Our key kept deactivating, staff was very helpful issuing new ones.

Staff was extremely friendly! Anything we needed they made sure we had it. I liked everything about my stay and the property. The only thing I don’t like is I didn’t receive my deposit back even though there was no damage to the room and it shouldn’t have needed and extra cleaning as we left it as clean as possible

Staff was able to take me in on very short notice due to a flight cancellation.

The over all hotel was nice & new … the room wasn’t too clean walls needed scrubbed and curtains needed washed.. also trash under the pull out bed… I always stay in Hilton’s the one time I try somewhere else the room was just okay. Pool area is nice and clean so is lobby… my bathroom was real clean. But I’m use to the whole room being to my expectations seems like my room was just kinda rushed when they cleaned it…
