Carpet is dirty and a little farther in easton mall

We were in town to see Andrea Bocelli and were not spending a lot of time in our room. It was adequate for what we needed and we would stay again.

Breakfast was better on Sunday than Saturday. Would stay there again.

Room was great. Staff pleasant.

Overall underwhelming and disappointing.

This was a great hotel. The Manager, he is nice and friendly, accompanied and helpful, the staff was excellent even the lady in charge of the breakfast. Their breakfast was top notch, I definitely recommend and will be staying there again. I stayed 7 days and the Easton Mall and Whole Foods Market is near by. Great location.

This hotel is tired. We booked the queen two bedroom suite with pullout couch for a family of five. The actual beds were fine, but the pullout couch was disgusting, and the arms were stained. The bed frame was so bent in one of the corners that the mattress did not lay flat. The mattress also was very stained and was not covered by any protectors when we pulled it out. The room offered no additional bedding, so we had to pickup extra bedding from the lobby after check in to make that same bed so we sleep (we requested two sets to layer on the mattress because of the stains). The front desk associate was very helpful with the situation though! The microwave in the room must have previously caught on a fire because it was black and disgusting inside. The room itself had not been cleaned very well either, including hairs on the bedding and a leftover used bar of soap in the shower. The hotel itself was in OK shape but definitely has signs of heavy use. The hot tub is closed and boarded it up so you cannot use it even though it is shown in the photos when booking the hotel. We are grateful to have had this place to stay, but would definitely of wanted a different for our sized family had other options been available which unfortunately there was not due to many sport tournaments being in town the weekend we stayed.

Love it here. My go to hotel whenever I’m in town

The staff was attentive and nice at check in. The only reason I rated it a 3 was the air conditioner did not work properly. I called the front desk and reported it. I was told there was one room left that we could move to, but we were already dressed for bed, or they could have a maintenance man look at it the following afternoon. We were only going to be there for one night.
