Great location for shopping & access to heart of Columbus

A big room , very clean. The breakfast is always good. Need more security for the parking lot, as cars were being broken into that were parked in the back. I had no issues because I parked in front.

We didnt have running shower water until the second night we stayed. We notified staff many times but maintenance never came to fix the shower. We begged them to fix the water. In order to take showers we had to go to Lifetime Fitness which is 40$ a visit. Multiple ladies at the front desk promised I get comped for my stay. Ive called everyday for 6 days. Ive emailed expedia through the app several with no follow up. Ive left multiple voicemails to management at the hotel with no response or follow up.

Close to the Easton Center & lots of restaurants and shopping!

My pillow cases were dirty. And you can tell they didn’t change the sheets because there was hair on them !

Room was clean however one bedside light did not work, shower door leaked on the floor and lower part of the shower on the door was peeling, bathroom needed a bit of maintenance.

Convenient location. Room was able to cool down quickly which is important when it's 92 degrees out. Staff was helpful. Decently priced. Bed was extra firm. Pillows were way too soft. Room was surface clean but the hotel should invest in a scheduled deep cleaning for the bathroom floor and shower grout.

Breakfast was great. Concerned about windshields that were broken around here

This is my preferred hotel when I visit Columbus. The location is great. The staff is great. The prices are very good. The breakfast is also pretty tasty.

Nice size room and bathroom The room was infested with ants! Didn't see them at first picked up food from local restaurants. I sat my food down using a side table in the room. I nodded out before I could eat. I woke up to ants crawling on my arm. Then I noticed ants crawling in and out of my food container. Ants were all over the table all over my dinner. I called the front desk, and I was told, "I'm sorry there is nothing I can do, I'm the only one here, and there are no other rooms because we are sold out! Now l, here I am, itching from the ants on me and hungry due to the ants on my dinner. I spoke to the front desk the next morning, but no Mgr was available. I would like some type of compensation for this inconvenience. I would prefer money back and not points.

I like the hotel everything was clean and nice very safe
