I had ants in my room. I called down to the front desk at about 130AM because I saw more ants but no one ever picked up. I let the front desk know what happened and all she did was offer me points. I then asked her if the roles were reversed with points be sufficient for you and you just spent $200 on a room. I’ve been a Hilton member for over 10 years

The breakfast buffet was terrible quality. Very disappointing. A hotel like that should really have a full kitchen. The valet car park guy was extremely drunk one night. Strange.

Rooms need updating in particular the bathrooms TV sucks every time it rains you loose the satellite signal frustrating

This is an amazing property. Great customer service and food and beverage options. They have a late night dining option and are very close to shopping and dining options. I was here for a wedding, and was pleasantly surprised at how well run the place was. Most importantly the location is only 15 minutes from the airport. I'll definitely come back again to study at this property.

Everything was nice location staff room ect the only complaint is the valet driver who parked my bentley left very bad body odor in my car but was very nice
