Quality Inn and Suites Garden of the Gods

The employees were very nice, very helpful.

2 day stay and left room early first day so staff could clean and have fresh towels. Room never was cleaned and had to go ask front desk for towels and trash bags. The front staff was not friendly at all.

Room was clean, breakfast was good for continental, spacious suites, no issues great location

Beds were very comfortable. Very good continental breakfast, with a variety of items to choose from. Conveniently located from Garden of the Gods, ProRodeo Hall of Fame, and the Manitou Springs area. Close to a number of restaurants. Rooms were clean. Noise was minimal. Friendly staff.

Everything is good

Check in was a 4 pm and there was only one person on duty and many people all checking in at the same time, so the check in process took much longer that expected. When we got to our room, we found that there were not enough towels and we needed to call the front desk and ask for more towels. The person on duty did provide these to us. We were no able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast because we had to check out early to make an early flight at the airport. The room itself was nothing special, but otherwise comfortable for our needs.

The room was clean and i liked that there was an ice box in the fridge which is rare these days. However, the beds were very hard and the bottom sheet wouldn't stay put, every time you rolled over the sheet moved and got messed up. Also, the tile in the bathroom had a lot of peeling spots and mould between those peeled tiles which made taking a shower not particularly enjoyable. The blackout curtains had a lot of holes, too, making them only partially black out.

The room was good with comfortable beds. The pool was nice, but chilly. The breakfast was ok - a basic breakfast, but the breakfast soace was too small for the size of the hotel. There were so many people that it was a long wait to get some food. They should separate the waffle station so that line wouldn’t be in the way of the rest of the items. Also, they ran out of some items or just didn’t fill them. It was ok, but not as good as expected based on other reviews.

The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The main thing I didn’t like was the VERY low toilet. If I had known it was so low, I wouldn’t have reserved it. Also, the tub had rounded sides and no mat and was pretty slippery, so you have to be careful getting in and out.

Liked everything except the tv channel choices.

Was not expecting anything fancy but this place was one of the worst experiences. Front desk was super busy at checkin and understaffed. Forty five minutes to check in. Room had hairs on the bed.....gross. Shower was patched and paint was peeling. Lights did not work either. Had intended to stay here for 4 days canceled the last three had rebooked elsewhere I would not recommend this hotel he'd be better off staying at a motel nearby if you're looking to save money. They also are charging comparable to what other nice hotels are charging so not worth the money .....very dirty.

We reserved and paid for three nights ($395.31). We had to check out and return home after only two nights. Not only did the hotel keep the money for all three nights, but they tacked on a $110.42 charge without explanation. Thieves.

Very good

Nice location right near the highway through Colorado Springs. Clean rooms, nice and quiet. The only bummer was the breakfast was rather ordinary and had to get a coffee elsewhere. But overall, given the price, I would stay there again.
