Horrible knocking noise all night long. The bathroom door did not close or open correctly My daughter got locked in and panicked in the bathroom. Our second night there was a car in the back parking lot that honked all night and we did not sleep. Leading us to check out at 4:30 am. Horrible experience

First thing i have to mention it was Summer and Hotel was fully Booked. Room had some awful smell and Refrigerator was broken. They changed our refrigerator but could help with the strange smell in the room. They have only option of giving us a air freshener. Breakfast was good kids enjoyed it.View was Kind of Mountain view.Every attraction was under 15 minutes. So It was convenient for us to Take our car out and Enjoy.

Breakfast wasn’t great and they were acting like it was closed 45 minutes before it was scheduled to end. I wish there was an additional coffee station.

    Omelette were delicious

The hotel has been under remodel for awhile, I guess. It was okay. The bathroom is extra small. Ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for more. Just not what I would expect from an Embassy.

The hotel is currently under construction, which is fine; however, as I was exiting my room—construction workers were repairing the ceiling & I unexpectedly walked right through some kind of dust and/or chemicals as I was exiting. A heads up/courtesy call would have been nice so I could’ve planned my leave around the work happening right at my door. When I expressed my concerns to the young lady at the front desk, I was greeted with an attitude & an uncaring response of “well, our website does communicate that we are under construction.” I politely but firmly stated that the hotel remodel isn’t a problem. Being placed in a faulty room is the problem. Walking through spray paint, dust, and chemicals especially having allergy & respiratory issue is another problem. Luckily, the water was fixed before we returned. When inquiring on moving to a diff room, I was told there were no other rooms available & basically SOL on any sort of discount or refund due to booking on a 3rd party site. Upon departure, a different (but friendly) receptionist asked me how my stay was & I mentioned it was kind of rough due to reasons mentioned above. She offered to add points to my IHG account equivalent to a free stay. I appreciated her caring enough to make it right. Still haven’t still those points.. :/

No towels in room. Would not bring any to room. Told no one there. Breakfast started at 7. By 730 not much left. Including no silverware or plates.

Hotel was okay. A touch dated and the TV’s didn’t have connectivity to streaming services. We stayed in late June and the AC in the room really struggled to keep it cool. We had it turned as low as possible and if I had to guess it never got below the low 70’s. The breakfast is great and the suite setup is nice for longer stays. Staff was very helpful. Parking is $15/day and that feels a little silly given few other hotels in the area have an additional parking fee. I’d recommend it if you’re on a budget but if you can afford better, there are better options in the area.

The hotel was clean, had a convenient location, and everything our family needed. Breakfast was great. The bartenders did awesome as well

No complaints here, the assistant manager of the hotel was the best I've met and the staff was great. Our room was right above the pool and was still quiet. Great view of the mountains during morning coffee. We will be back. Only thing I would change is the 15 dollar a day parking.

Hotel is remodeled and very clean. Great place for large groups, reunion, sport teams. Breakfast was fantastic. Room was a bedroom living room combo. There were a few hiccups with our stay. General manager was on site and made corrections. Staff was kind but a little slow on getting missing towels to our room. Overall this is a very nice hotel.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The rooms were extremely clean and had a great set-up. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were working during our stay, so getting up and down got bogged down at times. The pool and hot tub were great. The made-to-order omelets were a plus. The buffet had lots of items, just seemed like the staff struggled to keep up at times.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

They did disclose that the property was under renovation and there might be noise. There was no noise. The facilities had some pretty big misses. Two elevators were out of order and one was very very slow. So only one actually worked. Mini-fridge was not very cold--told front desk and no one came to help. TV in bedroom did not work. Freshly painted cabinets did not close because they painted over the magnet. The microwave was under the sink so you had to bend down to use it. The main door and the door between suite rooms were sticky so much that it was very loud to open and close. The pool was so cloudy it was hard to see to play with diving toys. The breakfast was a good spread, but they could not keep stuff full. It was like they did not understand how to staff it. The person making omelets did not speak enough English to understand the order. They had things poorly labeled. example--the decaf coffee decanter had tea in it. And they could not keep enough hot water. Ate at the bar and soup came cold and was so spicey it was inedible. The parking gate to leave broke down. We have stayed at Embassy Suited many times before and never had this kind of experience. To be honest the room was fine and it provided the basics. But be aware it is not up the standard of most Embassy Suites.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

The staff cooking the omelettes and the staff managing breakfast were wonderful. Roomkeepers were efficient. The biggest issues were baby squeals echoing from the center gathering space until late and late night door slams from neighbors, and that is a design issue. The staff was fantastic.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Rooms were clean we stayed with kids. Front desk

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

Overall, the under staffing of bar and kitchen made the whole dining and bar experience not worth the trip to the lobby. Eat elsewhere.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

    Great breakfast. Nice size room.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

We took our family for a family vacation to Colorado Springs. Best decision we made was staying at the beautiful Embassy Suites. It was close to everything and our family had a wonderful time.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

It was under repair - but website did not tell you that. The breakfast was a mess and they ran out of coffee among other things. The parking was $15 a day and the gates did not work properly
