Clean room, comfortable bed, good location as near place I was visiting.
-
The room was freshly painted and it was clean. One night stay so it was good enough. The bed was uncomfortable but doable.
-
The soundproofing is dreadful. I could hear the person next door snoring and talking all night. No coffee maker or microwave in the room or no microwave in the lobby. Could do much better for price but overall felt safe and nice restaurants nearby. Great location.

Staff was kind and helpful. Elevators to get to the higher floors. I needed a cheap place to sleep and use the restroom. Although you could hear the noisier cars driving by, the room met my needs well.

As a mobility scooter user, navigating the tiny bathroom was incredibly difficult, made worse because no ADA rooms were available despite booking 2 weeks out. The room was rundown with cracked paint and worn furniture, lacking a microwave, sink towel racks, and sufficient towels. The biggest issue was the front desk clerk, Rama, who explicitly lied and gaslit me. Checked in Tuesday 4 AM. Wednesday, no cleaning. Rama said they only clean Mondays and Fridays. Friday night, still uncleaned; Rama claimed our door was locked, which was impossible as we were out all day and left it accessible. She promised Saturday cleaning. When I asked for fresh towels, she argued for minutes that I had to bring the old ones down—expecting a mobility scooter user to pile wet towels on their lap. Saturday night, still untouched. Rama's new excuse was that she gave me towels the night before. Fresh towels do not equal a clean room. We slept on week-old sheets soiled from hiking, Renaissance festival grit, and sexual activity. The bathroom was never cleaned; the toilet had feces on the side all week with no brush provided. Rama's customer service was abysmal. I told her I'd report this to corporate, which I am doing. I am demanding a full refund from Expedia. Do not stay here. 1 star is too many.

To much traffic noise, didn't get much sleep

Dog friendly, which was very helpful and there’s a large field behind the hotel to take your dog. It’s perfect. Anyone that leaves a negative complaint is just crying. This is an amazing hotel for what the price is. You guys have to understand this is the cheapest hotel that pops up in the Springs and I have to say it’s very good for what the price is only negative I will say is there is nothing for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues.

Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Pet friendly and a good place to stay. Within walking distance to Cracker Barrel and other restaurants.

This is a great Motel 6. I didn't get the ground floor so I opted for the top floor instead - go big or go home right? Lol. The room was large, very clean, good water pressure. I always travel with my own coffee maker but I'm not sure that the room had one - it didn't have a microwave which I prefer one. The reasons I'm giving it a 4: The lady at the front desk wasn't unpleasant - but it was like she was doing what she had to do then move on. Then I let her know like hey just heads up the TV wasn't connected to wifi so I couldn't watch anything so you all may want to connect that for the next person, they may care. Fair enough she asks why I didn't tell her she would of helped me fix it. I said no biggie I used my tablet I was logged into everything there anyway - the part that was irritating was her then telling me how I could have fixed it two different ways. I was just letting her know, not even mad about it. I don't know if there was a pool, I don't even know where the ice was lol. Overall, definitely would stay here again because it wasn't a bad experience, the cleanliness of the room, the walls were not paper thin and it was comfy.
-
Pet friendly hotel, staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean neat. Only downside the hotel is very old.
-
I appreciated that the staff came to my room and removed the trash and replaced the towels during my stay.
-
Takes a while to get maintenance to do pretty much anything.
-
It is an inexpensive clean option that allows dogs without the drama. Walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors and their television. Noisy outside. It's not a restful place but for a convenient place to stay it is great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, nice neighborhood. Rooms clean and bedding fresh.
-
was only there one night. In and Out. Didn't explore.
-
No hair dryer - which is typical. Certainly no frills. Clean and a comfortable bed. That was all I needed!
-
The room was clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Hallways were dirty with trash.
-
Overall it's a good place for a short time and they accept dogs
-
Otherwise, it was a good stay. But I won't stay there again.
-
I’ve stayed at the property many times before and it always suits my needs.
