Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown

The best part of this hotel was that it was right across the street from the baseball stadium.

This is downtown Cleveland, right across from Progressive Field. I didn’t walk around the neighborhood, but the parking lot had security, and the hotel itself was charming and classy like I’ve come to expect from Hilton. I did struggle a bit trying to leave the lot. (Couldn’t find the code.)

Staff was nice and friendly

Room was perfect for a quick overnight stay. Front desk staff so nice and helpful! Great access to the ballpark

Great place. Centrally located for easy access to everything. Staff was Great with their help and recommendations for for and drnks.

There was no continental breakfast, only an $18 buffet.

We've stayed here multiple times. This time the stay was great but the parking was ridiculous. They rented spaces out to non guest which was a huge inconvenience to the guest paying $485 a night. If this is the new normal we'll stay somewhere else

I was over charged from the price I was quoted. Our room had no remote for the tv. I called for one at night. Never brought me one. Called again the next morning, didn’t bring one. I had to go down to the desk and ask again. The wooden furniture was rather worn. The woman at the desk was rather rude to me when speaking to her. The woman that checked me in was respectful and pleasant.

Perfect place to stay to take in a ballgame! Highly recommend!

Quiet and convenient to get to Progressive field.

Clean and nice staff just an older hotel that needs a little love and maintenance from pool, elevators and our door to our room was whorped to were you had to give it a hip check( I’m 6’7”) to open it. Parking was easy and cheap as well

Great place to stay, helpful and friendly dtaff

The bathroom has a strong urine odor, and the hallway smells dusty. Both areas need cleaning and deodorized .

Clean room and very helpful staff!

Everything was pretty good except the bar/restraunt closed 2 hrs earlier than the hours posted on the website. We ended up having to door dash food.

Although, we didn’t like the fact we had to pay $20 to park. But, other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Good morning at place to stay for the night

Great staff. Pool was cloudy. Walked to Progressive Field for a tour. Breakfast was good. All around a good stay
