The room had a terrible smell, the sheets had spots and the toilet was not properly so we could only urinate because we could not flush the toilet without it overflowing.

It was a lovely stay. The kitchenette was just right with everything that I needed. The staff was both helpful and friendly. A great home away from home! Thank you🙂

Walls are very thin- I could hear the people above my floor walking around their room

I was only here for one night but the Simply Suites would be great for longer stays! I liked the full kitchen and they have small appliances you can check out at the desk. Also, they had laundry facilities on site. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Very clean. Great location with lots of restaurants. Easy access to and from TPA airport.

Clean, I’d stay again

Rooms were clean, bedding was comfortable, and staff were courteous Minor dislikes the entrance and exits into the parking lot not visible seen from the street it was my first visit, and it was hard to see at night if your not familiar with the area

The staff was really nice and helpful at all times! Did have an issue with wet carpet in the room but the room was changed right away. Kitchen area was great.

Very professional and friendly stay there once a month never have any problems quick check-in everybody’s real nice friendly

Dingy, dirty and damp. Stains on sheets, rust stains on a lot of the furniture, surfaces dirty. Dingy mildew and pee smell immediately upon entering the room. Since I checked in after midnight and was literally there to only sleep for one night, I didn’t think it worth mentioning to the staff my issues. I wouldn’t have trusted that they would’ve kept the same quality and cleanliness standards for the other rooms anyway if I was offered another room.

Tile floors were filthy. If you wiped the with a white towel, the towel would be black
