The Water Was Off For A Whole Day Which Was Saturday Nobody Accommodated Us Or Nothing.

They didn’t make clean up the room and fixed the beds or change the bathroom tiles

I was very pleased with our 3 night stay during June 2026. Immediately upon entering the secure hotel lobby you are able to take scent of freshness and cleanliness. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful when needed. Our room was a 2 bed with pull out sofa. This was the perfect set up for our family of 5. The breakfast seating area is large. The selections were your typical meats, eggs, potatoes, etc. There was also 2 waffle makers, a toaster, refrigerated items available too.

The floors everywhere felt a little oily/sticky? We asked for a crib, and they brought us a stinky pack & play that had moldy food stuck to the inside. There was no hand soap in our bathroom. There were no towels at all in our room or at the pool. Breakfast was pretty good.

It was nice and well kept, the breakfast was good and staff were so nice and accommodating. It was also very close to the places we were visiting. There were no towels in our room, but I asked the front desk for some. Also, the guests the floor above us were very loud, it sounded like they were running back and forth for hours starting at 10:30pm. They eventually stopped though. That’s not a hotel problem, just leaving this here guests see it and don’t let their kids run wild.

The room was nice and the breakfast ok but there was nothing that made this property stand out amongst the huge variety of competitors in this accommodation level. We are not likely to stay at this property again and the overall experience makes us more than likely to choose a competitor before Comfort Suites

The staff was excellent!! The room was comfortable. The breakfast was great each day and the staff there was fabulous as well.

The staff was nice, near a lot of good food and fun places. The room smelled like mildew and it still had lots of random dirt and things under the bed, and looked like it hadn’t been swept under. The pool had no clean towels so we used the room ones, when I called for extra towels the front desk told me I needed to come down and get them, so I walked down just for him to tell me they had no extra clean right now, to come back in 2 hours.

The hotel was not maintained. We lost electricity in the middle of the night and had to walk down the stairs with our luggage

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had requested adjoining rooms for our group of eight with 3 children, but the rooms were just next to each other. The awesome front desk lady was able to change one of the rooms so they would be connecting. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately the pool was closed on Sunday, when we had planned to use it.

My kids had fun and they was excited about the breakfast in the morning, they had cable to watch they loved it. Nothing at all it was a great stay

The buffet breakfast was just average but the staff was great!

Everything that you would expect at a comfort inn. Staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. No hot tub. The property was fully secure, you needed a key card to enter to the lobby from outside

The hallway on floor 6 needs to be cooled. The day we checked in the hotel smelled bad like old mop water was used. It would be nice to have a bench under the awning for smokers or people waiting on rides can use maybe on the opposite side of the door.

Breakfast was good. Room very spacious. Requested room on lower level and that was available. Super noisy air conditioner that rattled all night. Didn't sleep well. After checking in, got in elevator and totally smelled like Marijuana. Even out in hallway.

Close to everything we needed. Nothing was wrong... eveything was good
