    There was no body wash or conditioner, only shampoo. All the hotels I have stayed at had those items for guest to use. Breakfast could have had a variety of muffins and bagels, and bread. Sausage seemed to be the only meat unless the day I didn't eat there they had bacon.

    The place looked ok but had a lot of miscellaneous issues. The internet was virtually unusable. The instructions for connecting were terrible and misleading. If you ever couild get connected, it was so slow that you could not really use it. Then, you kept getting disconnected. The cable TV was hard to access and the remote was confusing also. The phone in the room did not work and one of the outlets also did not work. There was no elevator and no luggage cart. The folks were nice enough but the place was in general a mess. I was also asked to pay for both night BEFORE we even got to the room. I won't have stayed the second night but the hotel was close to our relatives. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everyone. There was noise until after midnight and again starting after 6 a.m. The price was more than twice the cost of a hotel where we had stayed the night before. This was definitely overprice. My advice is to STAY WAY from this motel.

    The place is clean, but the entire hotel has been used and abused. Needs a serious makeover. What little is available for breakfast is only until 9:00am. That is too early to stop.

    False advertisement. Nothing was as pictured on the booking site; the entire hotel was run down and smelled like the plumbing issues that were evident at every turn. The staff treated us like an inconvenience, not even offering a smile. The WiFi service was abysmal, there was obvious water damage and shoddy patch jobs of the leaking ceiling around the window. Very few, poor-quality toiletries in the bathroom. There were exposed pipes in the hallway with buckets to catch dripping water. The pool was under closed, and the door leading to it had shattered glass. This stay felt like a waste of money, and if there was a way on the app we booked through for us to switch hotels, we absolutely would have.

    Hotel is very old & needs an update. Rooms smell like cigarette smoke & dirty. Didn’t even go down to breakfast. The only positive thing was the shower had good pressure & an updated toilet.

    There was a leak in the bathroom sink that made the floor all wet and all the towels were already soaked when I got to the room. It smelled like cleaner and made my asthma act up really bad. The floor wasn't cleaned right. Whoever mopped used too much soap and the floor was really slippery, I almost fell carrying my baby. The luggage carts are really hard to push and falling apart. Wasn't any coffee cups at breakfast, just paper cups that would disintegrate. The room was too bright to sleep well.

    I had a bed and shower We had to move rooms as the roof was dripping into our roof. The carpet was wet and mold will certainly start forming. Front staff guy said to get an extra towel have to bring a towel back! Crazy..hallways smelled if smoke. Guests talking loud in parking lot. Guestcars beatup and dirty. Guests staying here were rough looking. The smell of pot was everywhere. It's a piss pot. Don't stay unless you fit this type.

    I have a back problem and the bed slept well for me. The wall were thin the room next to me they came in around 3 loud and cursing sounded like an argument an awakened me and my husband. So we just got up at 3:30 am and prepared to leave for home.

    Wasn’t the cleanest, but the worst part was brown water pouring in from ceiling during the night. It came from above near the bathroom sink in several places. We went to the desk, they didn’t do anything. Didn’t offer to come clean up or assess the situation, didn’t even provide extra towels. Our stuff was soaked in the brown water. Had to throw toothbrushes away. I was told “sorry but we’re full”. We were not offered assistance or a refund to go somewhere else. No fees were even discounted. We caught the water in an ice bucket and kept emptying.

    Front desk staff was friendly and that was the only positive. No in room coffee or microwave. Breakfast options were minimal. No in room shampoo or shower soap. Hairdryer broken and hanging off wall. Sink and tiles worn and show signs of attempted repair. toilet did not flush well. Hallways and room condition were very worn. Elevator was a bit scary. Stayed two nights and No housekeeping came for trash nor did they replace used towels with clean towels. Splatters on ceiling and mini blinds were gross.

    Room 109 if you use the TV you can't use the microwave because it shuts off both the microwave and the TV also there is no heated pool there is no office the staff is not friendly the little kid that's on second shift he's the best thing that's there there's a white guy there that hates cats and he pretty much leads the whole hotel if he doesn't like you you're gone I would recommend not to stay there I've stayed at many many Baymont hotels by Marriott and this one should not even carry the name thank you
