Every time I went to the front desk the staff member was on their cell phone texting or playing a game. I had to address them after standing there for a long moment to get their attention. When I finally got their attention they seemed perturbed at having to set their phone aside and talk to me. I asked for someone to look at the tv in my room as it was not working, after 3 nights staying there it still remained inoperable. I was part of a group that had a car show there and had spent a great deal of money with them. While there several guest vehicles were broken into, the security cameras were not in operation and the front desk staff didn’t seem concerned that anything had happened. My group had form our own security patrol to ensure the safety of all the vehicles in the hotel’s parking lot. While many things with our stay were adequate, the lack of attention and concern by the management was severely lacking.

Just for breakfast they should put eggs an potatoes at the same time. Diabetics don't eat waffle, however a protein (egg) an starch (potatoes) an grits is filling especially if you don't eat meat or sasuage

And we were told that tne cleaning staff has left. This was very disappointing as this must be done on a daily basis. Also there is no more shampoo or body wash in the washroom, tbey put small containers... they have gone very cheep on their materials. The gym stinks of sweat. Please reconsider your booking before going back. June 28, 2026

This hotel was so dirty, I had to check out at 10PM and find another hotel. First, the vent in the bathroom was hanging down so I could not open or close the door without pushing it up. Secondly, the shower curtain was filthy. It looked like it had been urinated on and had never been changed. There was also a dirty washcloth draped over rod, showing the bathroom had not been cleaned. I could not use the drawers in the room because they were broken and something had been spilled in the top one. Let me say that I did address my concerns with the front desk at 8AM and did not return to my room until 10PM and nothing had been done. The attached photo of the vent is after it had been fixed. Also the vent in the bathroom did not work and a car freshener had been stuck inside to help with odors.

This was the most filthy dirty hotel I have ever stayed at. Room was very dirty, floors not swept or mopped, showers and counter tops not thoroughly cleaned and possibly not even sanitized. The refrigerator was Full of the previous guests stuff. Staff was not very helpful nor courteous when we asked for them to clean their mess! Absolutely disgusting and we will NOT be staying there again. I would like to demand a REFUND!

The room was dirty when I checked in. I asked for service when I checked him when I seen it or to be changed rooms, there was no availability to change and they said no one till Wednesday to clean and they did not clean the entire room. Just parts I have requested part of my money back because they would not refund at least a $100 of the state for the 4 days, I don't agree with their practices in the way they treat people, they need to get things together. Also, because I have worked in hospitality.I know how it's supposed to be done

Breakfast was available, but it was ok So many people was hanging out outside of the property I never seen that. Fruit had mold for Saturday breakfast, Sunday breakfast fresh fruit was sat out . felt like for breakfast should have different meat choices. Room was dusty looks like no one dust refrigerator seems to not work

The location The breakfast bar was not kept up like usual. The coffee and tea bar had no tea or hot water.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The 1 thing that was disappointing was that the toilet was the same height as the trash can and the door in the bathroom just about met the toilet.

it was basic and not very tasty, the sausage tastes like cardboard however the eggs were ok and the yogurt was good orange juice tasted spoiled however the coffee was good when it wasn't gone i feel like they could pay more attention to cleaning the rooms although I didn't see any bugs the floor had crumbs on it and the bathroom had stuff on the shelves and not enough wash clothes or bathmat however the water was excellent the shower felt very good

There was no hot water. Ran the tap 15 minutes. No hot water. The shower had mildew on the tiles and around the edges. Tile floor was sticky. Bed very comfortable.

Today after getting my breakfast, I came up to my room to turn on the light. I didn’t quite know where the light switch was at on this lamp, so I was filling around in the dark, trying to find a switch and cut my finger on a cracked pipe,

The original room I was given was DIRTY! The towel/bathmath clearly had been used by the previous guest or it was just a stained towel folded on the back of the toilet. I have pictures. The floor was dirty. The entry had not been swept or vacuumed and there were dried rose petals on the floor around the bed. Not mine and evidence that no vacuuming or sweeping had been done. The ice bucket was moldy and still had water in it from the last use. The refrigerator did not work. Again...I have pictures. There were grease stains on the desk. The worst part and why I asked for another room was the toilet had hair on the lid and seat and urine on the seat. Not acceptable!

Room was clean but beds were very uncomfortable window was cracked and wouldn't close and wouldn't open refrigerator wouldn't work had problems with the TV and how to ask multiple times and finally after the fourth time somebody had to physically follow me up to get them to fix it for me ask them to take the trash out and replace towels while I was gone for the day did not do that had to ask again and it's been 4 days and I'm still waiting on my deposit
