Felt it was more like a 3 star rather than 4 star. Comparable to a Holiday express. But the breakfast was very good.

Nice closet space. Nice bathroom. Soaps etc smelled wonderful. Elevators were fast and plenty. Cafe has great coffee & the tiramisu french toast is a must try. Looking forward to visiting again.

Check in was hectic. Had to pay for an early check in fee. Room was underwhelming.

The number of tables are limited in the café des architectes. Hence, you might have to wait to get a seat.

We loved the hotel! The staff told us they would charge us 5 dollars because we asked them to put a surprise in our friends’ bed room we considered that a bad gesture, to charge for a favour, that should be included in customer service. But overall it was perfect!

There was no sheet on the bed, just a down comforter. Nobody came to clean the room when we got back in the early evening. At that point, we just asked for some towels.
