Best location on Michigan Avenue

The staff were very helpful and kind, room clean and a beautiful view. Hotel kept up very well. Our air conditioning worked great on the 23rd floor. Check out, bags held and valet parking plus retrieval very quick and excellent service.

Located in a walkable area near many Chicago attractions. We had a delicious breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the bar is nice. Room was large and comfortable

The facility is beautiful and perfectly located on Michigan Ave. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to requests. Use the valet for easy use of your vehicle with in and out privileges. I traveled with my family of 5 and service dog. The room was clean and comfortable.

We only stayed one night. The location is perfect. The price is ok. The room was comfortable and clean. The fact that we were charged $15,- more than advertised online for parking… The fact that they don’t offer a breakfast buffet anymore…

Entering the hotel late at night felt a little unsafe with sketchy people inside the lobby, and no personnel to assist.

Loved the desk in a separate room in addition to a couch with the television. Bedrooms also had a television and the bathroom was spacious
