The rooms were spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast they served. Staff was very friendly and helpful (Maricela) to be specific as well as the front desk.

Very clean & the staff was great!

Shower in 714 drains a little slow, but not a deal breaker. One of the 2 phones in the room didn’t work, but again not a deal breaker. I believe it was because it wasn’t charged. The staff was amazing to work with! The restaurant/bar had great food! The breakfast was very good. Just disappointed with the people who took 4-5 bananas or apples a piece. No fault of the hotel or their staff. It was just annoying for people to hord food like that. We will definitely stay here again! Location was perfect and so many choices for food within walking distance.

Really clean

The elevators got stuck and stalled every morning for breakfast, had to use the stairs that lead you out of the building not to the lobby. Horrible experience and no help.

Beautiful hotel, nice breakfast, and very nice staff

Perfect location for anything at the United Center! Took our granddaughters to a concert there and was able to walk! Close to other restaurants and shopping as well. Spacious rooms that are clean and comfortable!!

Even gets better!! ELEVATOR BROKE! I’m a senior, had to walk down 7 floors!! Mathis was suppose to be a relaxing experience being in town for my daughter’s wedding. Not happy!!

The elevator was broken this morning so I had to walk down 7 flights of stairs to the lobby fortunately a few hours later it was fixed before I had to check out and carry my bags down 7 flights of stairs

Exceptional

The hotel was clean and nice and perfect for our stay as I had to get up and work from the hotel in the morning, and since there was a nice desk area, my daughter was able to stay asleep w hile I worked.
