Staff are very helpful and the breakfast was delicious!

Overall enjoyed my stay, one of the managers for the desk during the night was super kind and made my experience getting some late night snacks a good one! Overall clean, ac was amazing, and in a good spot in Chicago!

We live only 1 1/2 hrs away and came for a concert at the Center, which is only a 15 min walk away. We will definitely make this our regular hotel for anything planned in that area. *

Great place to stay with a family. The breakfast has something for everyone and a big step up from continental. Across the parking lot are 6-8 chain restaurants to eat at when you’re too tired to venture out. It is within easy driving distance from Chicago’s tourist attractions without having to get on the highway! The only thing it is missing is a hot tub.

James at the front desk was absolutely incredible. It was a quick stay due to storms in the area, but James' professionalism and care added some positivity to an otherwise stressful travel experience.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean as was the rest of the property. Breakfast was a large variety and offered until 10am. Easy walking distance to the United Center. Would definitely stay here again.

A great stay. The common areas were very well kept, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Our room was large and clean. Bathroom was clean and all amenities were modern and well maintained.

The staff was nice and spacious room. The carpet was clean we had a microwave and frig Shower had hot water. Lot of eateries across from the hotel. Perfect location to walk to United Center. No complaints

This hotel is very new and clean. It has a brand new shopping area with restaurants right across the parking lot. It’s a perfect place to stay for a night or two. Easy access to the train and taxis/Ubers are readily available to get to the heart of downtown.

The location is perfect. The staff was friendly, parking was easy, really clean, modern and had everything you needed in a room. I really enjoyed this room with my 16- year old daughter for her birthday. We had a connecting room for her and her friends which was perfect as a patient. I was able to keep my ear to the door and my eyes to the food court where the group enjoyed the grass and space and water fountain out front. It was perfect for a 16th Birthday celebration
