Great location. Staff was beyond friendly and readily available to help with any questions. Very clean. Spacious room.

Soooo I paid for the lake view the lake view was not really a lake view the lake is in front of some other buildings I had to have a room change for that reason I appreciated the effort but it was really no difference the carpet in the room looks like it needs to not be there they could do without it gives dirty vibes I had hair in my sink line someone had been shaving the shower wall tile needs a good cleaning the bottom of the shower is horribly stand up for the price I paid I don’t see myself staying at this location again unless the room is hundreds of dollars cheaper

Great hotel in convenient location. Rooms are a nice, comfortable size. This is our third time staying here while visiting Chicago. We will definitely stay here again.

I needed an early check in and the staff was very accommodating, they held my luggage until my room was ready. It gave me just enough time to walk to Starbucks around the corner and when I got back, my room was ready! Everyone was nice & helpful and my room was clean. I’ll definitely come back!

The housekeeper was always so friendly and did such a great job. Honestly, all the staff was fantastic and so helpful.

Loved our stay! Staff was friendly. The food downstairs was delicious!!! Only one minor hiccup, we found a pair of shorts and men’s underwear in our room when we checked in. I just threw them out. Mistakes happen but overall we enjoyed our stay in Chicago

Did a turn and burn stay here (checked in Saturday and checked out Monday) and had a pleasant visit. The front desk customer service was A+. My only 2 feedback are: the valet attendant should be more attentive. I waited 10 mins while the valet attendant was chatting away with a co-worker and then started laughing with I assume a customer. I had to politely interrupt to get service. 2nd feedback: I was on the 23rd floor and soon as I stepped off the elevator, the hallway and room had a sour/mildew odor.

Room was large but the hotel is very dated. It was clean, which is the most important factor and it was also in a convenient location.

The staff especially the bell hops were very helpful and friendly.

Good location, bar and brunch were great. View from the pool and fitness centers was u real. Room was clean but sink faucet was loose and leaking and the bathroom door locks didn’t work well or would stick. Other than that it was nice.

The people that does the vallet parking are amazing. They’re so kind a d thoughtful. Hotel have great views and the swimming pool at the top also has great views. Theres gym access as well.
