The outside of the property was misleading because it appears clean and pest free this is not a regular hotel ,This is more like a shelter for homeless people . They are actually residents that reside in this hotel . There’s people literally walking around the hotel barefoot outside of their personal rooms and hanging out in a coffee room where theres a microwave like it’s their personal kitchen. Also they’re roaches in this hotel rooms I had to be moved out my original room due to pest and I took pictures. Mind you I haven’t seen a roach in over 37 years so you can understand how utterly disgusted I was and embarrassed because I brought someone else with me out of town . Although the other room was clean of pest I keep my belongings in the car. I didn’t get another hotel because it was Memorial Day weekend and a lot of the hotels were booked and extremely overpriced Definitely disappointed and I expressed it to staff.

The staff are very nice. The hotel is somewhat close to the Convention Center - about a 15-20 minute walk. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the nearest subway, however, the 29 bus comes right next to the hotel from downtown. You have to walk 15-20 minutes to find coffee or food. They do have coffee in a small room, but it is drip coffee with powdered creamer. No coffee machines in the room. Also, our A/C didn't work properly. At first, it was very loud. I let the front desk know, and asked if someone could fix it. It did seem quieter when we got back that evening, but then it was not cooling the room. Housekeeping seemed slow or unresponsive, though I was able to get what we needed if I went down to the front desk and let them know we hadn't received our towels or the ironing board. The closet doors were stuck shut, and the tv didn't work properly (a problem with their service).

Great hotel. Went the extra mile helping me with charging my phone. It was all good.

How clean it was! The fact there was no vending machines or microwave in room. The desk charges 2.00 for a can of soda/small bag of chips. Those are the only options!!!

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Workers were very friendly and helpful. Area was quiet. Front pull up area is crappy because we were blocked in because there is not enough space for 2 cars so we waited a long time. Check-in was so bad with having no rooms available until after 5 and there were 15-20 people waiting for rooms to checkin. Elevator was down in our area so we had to walk around searching for elevators.

Size of the room and the bed was comfortable Out of 3 lights only one worked, the TV screen was purple and the only thing we could watch was a lagging YouTube. The dead bolt didn’t work. Only one switch in the bathroom worked, had shampoo and a body wash bottle (was that supplied by the hotel or previous guest?)
