Clean lobby, and enjoyed my stay for Unreal Fest 2026, and it was helpful to know the building was connected via a skybridge to the McCormick Convention Center!

Overall was a nice place. Our refrigerator didn’t work the first night so we lost all the cold food we brought.

Cable was out so couldn’t use the TV, no water pressure in the shower.

Early check in is difficult to get for some reason. They say it’s subject to availability but I called multiple times when they told me to so they could check. They told me there was no availability. I even called a week prior to find out if I could have the request accepted. I arrive and see people checking in early even though we have arrived at the same time. It felt like we were ignored and didn’t matter as much as other guests.
