Check-in took a little longer than expected because the front desk computer was not working properly at first. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and got everything sorted out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

The room needed some minor repairs. The room doors didn't close correctly or lock. The room was missing bedding for the pull out couch, but the Staff was very helpful. Just expected better from an Homewood suites as far as the actual room.

We found out that the mattress was covered in stains as we were packing up to leave on our last day if I had seen that when I got there I would not have stayed there, when my wife saw the mattress it made her sick it was disgusting, when we got to the room we noticed the bedroom windows were left open and they had no screens had to kill a few flying bugs in the room and the kitchen table was so wobbly were afraid to sit anything on it this was room 408 I will not be staying there again
