Sparkling clean room, large great shower, convenient location. Our check in guy looked rumpled and was without a nametag. No hand soap in our bathroom so when I called guest services I was told I could come down to the front desk to get it. So, not the best service.

The only issue was that our room wasn't cleaned, despite us specifically asking for it to be cleaned and the hotel saying it would.

The food was excellent. And those welcome and departure cookies are Delicious. I would definitely stay there again ... Property is also clean and well maintained.

Handicapped room had no shower stool or bench. This is an absolute must. The room was also furthest away from entrance which is not good for a disabled person using a cane.

From the time my family and I entered the property I knew the stay would be pleasant. Everyone was so inviting and warm. Upon entering we were greeted, offered cookies and checked in immediately. The room was clean and smelled great. My daughter enjoyed the pool since the weather was like of muggy during out stay. A lot of restaurants are near by, along with a mall and shopping areas. We actually did quite a bit of shopping and dining at the local restaurants in the area. The pillows were not as soft as I would have liked. But other than that no complaints from my family.
