Need new gym equipment

Friendly front desk staff, easy and quick check in. Beds comfortable, pillows not so much. Rooms clean, showers and shower curtain in need of update. Overall, not bad at all for the price. I’d visit again.

We used this particular hotel because they had the airport shuttle. The way to the airport was fine, but upon our return, we called the number provided to let them know our flight had been delayed (call at 9:06PM) and to make sure we’d still be okay for the shuttle. Then, when we landed, we called again before midnight (11:14PM). We told them we were there and needed to be picked up. They said we had to be outside. We got outside and called again (11:40PM), once again before midnight, and they said someone was there and would be at location 1A in 5 minutes. 15 minutes went by and no one came. We called again at 11:55PM, and they said 5 minutes. Still no one came. We called finally again at 12:09PM and she told us we’d need to find a different way because the shuttle ends at midnight. She hung up the phone multiple times on us, as well. If you need professional and reliable, choose somewhere else.

All of the staff were very very nice and helpful. I needed a 5:00 am shuttle to the airport and the driver was so kind and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a short overnight stay, and the location was the main reason we chose this hotel. While the location was convenient, the rooms and overall property need significant improvement. The accommodations felt outdated, and the overall condition did not meet our expectations. It was adequate for one night, but I would hope to see updates and better maintenance in the future.

Had a cancelled flight at 11:30 PM. Looked on Hotels.com to find a hotel. Called the 800 number that was offered next to the listing on the app. Wanted to know if I could use the hotel immediately and not have to wait till check-in time in the afternoon. Needed a place to sleep ASAP. The agent said as long as I paid for the hotel, it was immediately available to me. Called the hotel direct line to tell them that I wanted a non-smoking room and a king size bed. They laughed at me and said I would not be able to have the room until check-in time at 3:00 PM. I said I need to get to sleep from one in the morning until 10 o’clock in the morning. It defeats the whole purpose of getting the room if I have to check in at 3 PM. I asked Hotels.com for a refund because I was misled by what I soon found out was a virtual agent, not a real person to whom I was speaking. I was tricked! So based on the fact that it was that nonrefundable hotel, do you think they would make allowances for the situation where they’re virtual agent on Hotels.com told me that it would be OK for me to spend the night there. I would not have booked the hotel had they told me that I could not stay there from midnight to 10 in the morning. I spoke with the front desk person again and she was trying to help but then her boss, ******decided he did not want to issue a refund. Don’t go to this fleabag joint. You will be sorry!

Clean and safe place to stay near the airport: perfect if you land late one day and fly out early the next.

We booked this hotel not 24 hours before we attempted to cancel. I do realize, the hotel was nonrefundable, but typically under circumstances involving airports and such, a refund is given. This hotel refused our refund Expedia requested, even though they had advance notice & it was literally just booked hours prior. I would think an airport hotel would be a little more accommodating to returning guest, but I guess they needed that money for a vacant room more than our future business. Disappointed with the customer service here. I would completely understand if I had booked this month in advance. There were hours in between the booking and the cancellation request. I won’t make this mistake again.

Personnel Attention to detail in room 210 bathroom was awful. The caulk around the toilet bowl was messy and bolts rusty.
