Parking lot was unkempt with piles of cigarette butter. The "breakfast" was non-existent . Will never stay there again.

Close to airport and clean. Shuttle was on time to airport. Only issue the breakfast was non existent.

Disgusting hotel, don’t stay here. My sheets had 5 hairs and stains when I pulled back the sheets, hair was also all over the bathroom floor. I switched rooms because I so grossed out. My new room luckily wasn’t covered in hair but everything from the towels, pillowcases and chairs had visible stains from who knows what. My bathroom light didn’t work, there were finger prints on surfaces in both rooms. There was something orange in the grout in the bathroom, I was so put off at this point i couldn’t for my own sake get too close to it, but I think it was a fungus growing. All of the carpets are old and musty. Upstairs smelled like weed. If I cough give this place 0 stars, I would.

Got charged twice without telling me

Ive stayed at this hotel multiple times and its very decent. However, last night the front desk was not helpful. I booked an online reservation hours prior, I went to check in amd they told me I needed a card for a "virtual wallet". I said I already paid and you can use my card for the security deposit. They said no you need to call expedia amd have them set up your virtual wallet. This was at 11pm. After 45 mins expedia gave me a number for the front desk to call amd set it up. I related the information to the front desk and they said it was "impossible" for them to do that. I sat in the lobby for over and hour teying to figure this out, mind you I had a reservation and had already paid. A few minutes later the man at the front desk said "oh its working now." All of a sudden there was no need for a "virtual wallet" and everything was fine. Ive never heard of anything like that at any hotel in my life especially considering the hotel was already paid in full. I am skeptical to come back to this hotel as I wasted so much time and stress for no reason when I didnt have much time to begin with.

Friendly staff, clean rooms Breakfast was included, but after an hour after it started most of it was gone as well as the coffee and most people didn't get to have breakfast

Nothing at all I’ve had to change three different rooms from Rome 225 117 and finally into room 222 the first two rooms room 225 smelt like smoke room 117 had mold 222 was doable but still stains in the carpet the carpet coming off the wall

I enjoyed the room and cleanliness! The bed was very uncomfortable, would not sleep in it again!

Nothing if I’m being honest I had to be moved from three different rooms because one room smelled like smoke. The second room smelled like mold in the third room was I guess doable had several issues with my key card and whomever programmed the card I have went upstairs more than once to get to my room and the the door is telling me that the card is an error or it has expired

Close to airport, quiet Called before made reservation about park and fly. Was not told the correct policy. Was told when stay one night paid, the car could stay for free during my trip. It wasn't told me until I had already made reservation, that I would have to pay $40 extra for the car plus $50 deposit. I had stayed there previously and the car was free.i would NOT have made the reservation. Once there I had no alternative since I paid for the room, to learn from my misfortune. I had problems with the lamps on bed tables, and the charging plug spot didn't work either. The front desk person said she would come , didn't show up until 3 hours later when I went down to the desk.
