This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at in terms of the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. Everyone went out of their way to smile, greet you, ensure you were having a positive stay. I was so impressed! During my stay, they had an open breakfast buffet and an open dinner buffet with two free drinks, which I had never experienced before. It was also very clean and the beds were comfortable. I felt so comfortable and will definitely be staying there again if I ever need to stay overnight in Charlotte again.

While the hotel was clean and well kept the other services were less than expected. We have stayed at Drury Inns over the last 15 years. Use to look forward to kick back meal after long days traveling. This has become very disappointing. About the only thing I will eat is the hot dogs and even that was stale buns and shriveled hot dogs. The free cocktails went from 3 to 2. Cutting all the perks so no longer a good value for your money .

It was really nice. Staff as great. Breakfast was great. The only issue I hit was the water that came out of the bathtub. Had a tinge of yellow to it. That was not clear. Which is probably more of a city water issue than theirs. Other than that, it was perfect.

It was an awesome hotel, ratings are low and I'm not sure why this deserves to be a 5 star!

Location was convenient to I77.

Since the minute we walked in the assistant manager made it feel so much like it was a home away from home. I believe her name was Florence and I believe she should be accommodated for her services. Other staff was just this night, but I believe she stood out completely different.

Adele at check in was super helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our night stay. The free breakfast, dinner and two drinks were an added bonus and helped us to have a great night.
