The Legoland Experience was FANTASTIC! Worth the expense of the trip and staying at the hotel itself is nearly a MUST! If you have kids under 11-ish, this is a must-do, in our opinion. Loved every moment of it! Thank you Legoland!!

It was our first time staying at the Legoland hotel and it was great! The kids enjoyed the themed room (we chose pirates) and especially loved the bunk beds. It was nice having the buffet style meal option and restaurant. Our stay also included free breakfast which was great! The kids had a great time playing in the pool and participating in the dance club for kids. There was also a small arcade next door which the kids were obsessed about. We had a great time!

It was our first time and we stayed in the fully themed Adventure room. It was great, lots of activities for our 4 kids of all ages. Breakfast included was great. It was easy to make the recommended breakfast reservation. Will stay again for sure!

Amazing

We stayed at the Castle hotel which was hands down a great choice. We went to the legoland hotel for dinner and it was definitely chaotic and loud.

The ac was broken , the maintenance person came in about 10 PM. Nothing changed with the Portable ac , the children were sweating. Around 11 PM we were transferred into a different room. That was a a complete downgrade. We were completely sleep deprived the next day requested a late check out was not accommodated with this request. We spent close to $1000 to have maybe two hours of fun and the rest was just one thing after another going wrong with just an apology from guest services and also the new Room they put us in didn’t have pillows or blankets for all beds , so then we had to order more at two in the morning. They were able to give us a blanket, but ran out of pillows.

Our experience with Legoland hotels was amazing! Would definitely stay here again. My only downside is that the hotel room treasure chest could not be solved while in the room. Would have been super nice for all of the clues to be hidden inside the hotel rooms.

The hotel rooms were very fun but the shower was not great. The bathroom didn’t feel clean and had a bad odor. The shower head was not strong. Food was okay.

Fun for kids
-
The whole ambiance and kid friendly atmosphere made this a very memorable trip.

They need to repair chips in walls and broken items, but the park staff is friendly and it is a fun place to be with your kids. It would be great if they had more pop badge and mini fig traders.

Just stay within the minimum characters I’m going to keep the compliment Short. I loved the amenities. They were fantastic and we had a terrific day. The reason I gave a four star instead of a five is because my husband had major surgery one week prior to the trip and I let them know upon arrival at 9 AM well before many many other people tried to check in that day for a 4 o’clock check-in. I wanted a room upgrade and I also wanted to pay the $65 for a 1 PM check-in instead of four because my husband was not going to last until 4 PM after the surgery that he had not only did they not let us check in until 4:15 PM that day, but they gave us a room at the very very end of a very long hallway after informing them of my husband’s condition but because we booked through Expedia third-party they absolutely did not care. I was willing to pay for a room upgrade and an early check-in and they declined both so I was not impressed with the check-in staff, but everything else was amazing. The breakfast, the dance party in the elevator the bell staff that took our luggage before check-in and when we checked out and weren’t ready to leave yet.
