Room was flooded earlier in the week. The carpet was still soaking wet in the main room. We let the front desk know, and they were going to put us in another room. They called the GM on the phone, and he said no, we could not move rooms even though the carpet was soaked. Front desk staff was very helpful. That room never should have been occupied by anyone, and full blame goes to the GM for renting it out. Would not stay here agian. Do not recommend staying here.

All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool being heated was awesome for night swims. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be returning.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable and clean The remotes to the bedrooms didn’t work and it was noisy because we were on the side of the freeway and the phone didn’t work

Good hotel for families with children. Great staff. Close to the beach, but you will need to park. We could not find parking so went to Cardiff to access the beach. The middle room of my suite had a long couch and two stools. It wasn't comfortable for our group to sit and visit. The couch had rips in it.

Like how my suite was at the bottom floor in front of the pool and spa, staff was super friendly, free breakfast for guess was awesome and convenient..Overall I rate my stay a 9.5/10..!! 👍

It was the perfect stay for our family vacation. Staff were great. Kids loved the pool. Definitely will be staying again.
