The property was look very dirty and had a very distinctive odor from the time you entered the door. The room was very enclosed with no windows to see outside, a very claustrophobic feeling. It’s a very strong, overpowering smell that makes it very hard to breathe. I was very disappointed had to leave the same time

Everyone was so nice. The room was big, and everything was clean. We loved it!!

A coup[le annoying little things that would probably happen at any hotel. 1. Difficult member log in for free WIFI, should be free for everyone 2. Two ice machines, 2nd and 4th floors, 4th floor did not work

Quick and easy check in. Hotel was in a great location with food places around along with shopping. Room was large and clean

Breakfast was good. The hotel wasn’t really great tbh. It’s not horrible but it looked rather janky in some spots.

I had a wonderful experience at La Quinta Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with any questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location was convenient for my travel needs. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed, which made for a great night's sleep. Overall, it was an excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Patel. The staff left multiple messages with Vinny and I called back at least five times, left messages each time. Vinny was never available and never returned my calls. We were stuck with the bill for a room we never used. I do not recommend this hotel due to be poor customer service. The highest level of employee at that location (in the hospitality business of all things) couldn’t even give us the courtesy of a phone call.

The bathroom biggest disappointment was the tub with mold and dirt especially around the tub and underneath the cracks, the grout was gross and the ceiling had black spots . There was a chair that had crumbs in it that I believed should have been cleaned before it was given to another visitor. But that bathroom grout on the floor and the corners and bottom of the outside bathtub was gross I have pictures. Twice between 4 AM and 6 AM the smoke detectors went off only in our room apparently because we had the air on 73 that made the room I’m not sure but the front desk turned it down to 71 and it never went off which was strange because it only happened that night and no other night nor during the day when it was on 73

Mike at front desk was extremely helpful and kind during check in. He helped ensure our folio noted our dog was a service dog to avoid the pet fee.

Very nice staff and room was clean. I didn’t really utilize the breakfast because I am not an early riser. I did enjoy the coffee in the afternoon.
