Probably one of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk closes which I never heard of at a hotel. The night staff are rude. Tells you to call a number on wall if you need assistance when you call they let you know they’re closed ain’t can’t help you until 8am. 8am came & went & front desk was still not open. Ran out of tissue needed more staff told us to go buy some from the store. Couldn’t get fresh towels from the house keeper because she didn’t want to. They don’t even have a plastic cup in the room if you wanted water. If your looking for some where to stay keep looking cause this was not it.

I understand there was a storm but every hotel nearby had power which i’m guessing is because of a generator. Also the fire alarm went off every night which was horrible and caused disturbance.

We showed up the hotel had no power, we were unable to access our rooms and had to sleep outside

There was one singular nice lady who worked there. She was at the front desk on my last day, young African American lady who was super nice. There was no effort to restore power for 3 ENTIRE DAYS. Lack of effort was obvious when nobody was even showing up to the lobby for work

Passable
-
The air conditioner was good and I prefer smaller pillows to gigantic pillows in other hotels. The furnishings were really old and did not work. No shampoo. The bed was hard and squeaked. Hotel is in a very sketchy neighborhood and is dominated but long time stays.

Clean and very convenient to various places

Location was 1 1/2 hours by public transportation. Arrived after midnight, had to wake someone up to check in. He was rude and said 15 more minutes and they would have resold our room. This hotel has a lot of long-term residents. Teenagers were roaming the halls in the middle of the night complaining about not getting enough towels. We only had two flat pillows on our bed. Back doors were left open and people were carrying in laundry bags of belongings. The vinyl chairs were cracked There were stains on the counters and in the bathtubs. The floors had a sticky substance on them. At checkout, I slid the keys to an unknown person under the window as they said the office wasn’t open yet. There was no breakfast no coffee, no water fountain. So much can be improved

Price wasn’t bad. The front desk worker wasn’t there during check in or check out. She didn’t seem sorry or apologetic that I had to call the national number and wait 20 minutes to check in when it was passed midnight and I was exhausted from flying. You need staff at the desk.

Power was out all 3 nights didn’t even wanna here me out for a discount and when i checked in they gave me a room key and didn’t have me pay. So we just left overall horrible

It’s in the same parking lot as a gas station and fast food restaurant and also a liquor store. The rooms are really big. The power was out for almost 3 days.

Absolutely nothing. At check in our room wasn’t available then when we got into our room it was disgusting, spots of something

When we first arrived, the lobby looked nice, but as soon as we walked past it, the entire building smelled strongly of cigarettes. Things only got worse when we got to our room. It was absolutely filthy. There were crumbs everywhere, purple slime on the walls and ceiling, makeup stains on the walls and light fixtures, a disgusting microwave, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Everything was stained and dirty. The sheets had hairs and even pubic hair on them. When we brought this to the manager’s attention, he told us he had personally checked the room and that it was clean, which was clearly not true. We had to ask for fresh sheets and change the bedding ourselves. We didn’t even use the comforter because we didn’t trust that it was clean. I ended up borrowing a broom from a housekeeper and ordering Lysol wipes just so I could clean the room enough to stay there for our four-night trip. About two hours into our first night, the power went out. It remained out for almost three full days and only came back on during our last night. We had no air circulation, had to take cold showers, and all the food we stored in the fridge spoiled. And that’s not even the worst part. Every single night, the building’s fire alarm went off between 1 and 3 a.m., forcing everyone to wake up and evacuate. This happened repeatedly throughout our stay. there was only one worker Most nights

The hotel was terrible power went out 3 hours within I checked in and didn’t come back on till the 3rd day at midnight and I paid for 4 nights , had to walk blocks to buy portables to charge my phone , not to mention the hot water was out too.

Location and price The room sink didnt drain. The water was cold. The chair was nasty and damaged. The bed felt damp. The ac unit leaked onto the floor. The hotel lost power during a storm which I can forgive however the staff abandoned us.
